  1. Well yea inside of all of the buildings. But most of the time I'm in downtown Kent, stow, or Akron. And I pull about. .05-.45 mbs down depending on the time of day

Yeh, those speeds suck. I hope to see significant improvement in the coming months.

  2. Apparently the q does have some bugs. My wife has been complaining that it just does things on its own. At first i thought it was just user error ... maybe not.

  3. Right, I gathered that from one of Robert's posts. He also mentioned buggy :(

Unfortunately, the current options for phones with keyboards are pretty limited

Are you saying the Q is as bad as the viper? My wife has the Q and i have the original photon. While mine seems to have a little better reception, the Q still seems like a decent phone. There are several others here with the Q. What say you guys? Is it as bad as the viper?

  4. I went to a AT&T store to play with the Moto X because I was curious about the phone. The screen itself is 4.7 inches but the Moto X uses onscreen buttons for home, back and multiwindow which take up some screen real estate. I took out my Moto Photon which is 4.3 inches and measured it up minus the onscreen button space and sure enough the true screen size of the Moto X is only 4.3 inches. I was pretty bummed out about that.

I wish Sprint would start giving out release dates already for the Moto X and LG G2. Verizon and AT&T are already selling the Moto X and we know the Moto X has already passed the FCC testing.

Eric, at least that is better than the photon q. The q has a smaller usable screen them our photon g's.

  5. I haven't read through this but I stopped back at my work today and the moto guy was there so I got to play with the x uninterrupted.

I checked out the debug and diag screens and they do work on this phone. I also got to play around with all the features and what not and this phone is going to be awesome. How it integrates with all the Google Apps will make this a powerhouse for the casual to semi serious phone user.

Hope it has awesome reception like the photon g. Has anyone got any info on that?
