  1. And I admit that iOS has had flaws, and that's why I gave Android a shot. But the one thing that I love on my iPhone that lacks in Android is the on screen keyboard for those times when a physical keyboard is inconvenient. The biggest problem with the iPhone, IMO, is the carrier locks that are instituted.
  2. I never learned Morse Code, so no I don't know what you said.
  3. I know it won't be an improvement on the Arrive, but I still think it's interesting that they are still thinking about new 3G Windows Phone's. The funny thing about this phone is that it was submitted to the FCC last November.
  4. In an interesting turn of events, it appears that Sprint might be releasing a new Windows Phone in the future. It is set to support 3G in the ESMR band as well as 1900MHz. Funny it doesn't appear to support LTE at 1900, but nonetheless, it is still a nice looking addition to Sprint's lineup. Picture files were released at the FCC database for the device on April 1, and it looks like a nice phone. Source: http://www.phonearena.com/news/Is-the-LG-Windows-Phone-LS831-heading-to-Sprint_id28698 I'd like to see how many more non 4G smartphones Sprint plans on releasing.
  5. That I can understand. Most people just never think of it. Hence updates in iOS 5 are done directly on the phone instead of computer only. I have never heard of that happening before. Was that an original iPhone?
  6. I agree, but I don't think they will until after they announce at least 1 completed market.
  7. I'm having strange issues in Visalia with slower downloads than uploads today. Plus 1000ms pings every so often.
  8. Question: How is iOS fragmented? And in response to Google Play tablet: They did rename the Android Market to Google Play store, so I guess there is a slight chance they would be flat out stupid a 2nd time in a row.
  9. Yes it would. Plus it would be a good addition to Virgin's smartphone lineup. And I can also see this as a way for Sprint to satisfy contract requirements for purchase amounts with HTC.
  10. I guess we shouldn't be surprised. Their list of cities is sure smaller than Sprint though.

    WiMax & rain

That explains it all. Thanks. Never knew that.
  12. It's an approximate of actual coverage in terms of radius from the point of origin (Airave). So yes, it can still be calculated in square feet.
  13. An ICS build with WiMax? Let the porting begin!
