  1. Been that way for a little while. Even on the Acequia site! I only started noticing it when I got my Nexus. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  2. This is my home screen on my Nexus 5. Its stock unrooted. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  3. Taco Bell in Visalia. The Acequia site is doing pretty good. Hopefully soon it'll be broadcasting LTE. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  4. I'm going to say: Eventually. But maybe not until late 2014 to 2015. Or they could lock the phones down so they can't scan for 800 LTE, 2500 LTE, or both. At this point, its a wait and see approach. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  5. I know you are massively disappointed. The only thing that I think could be causing any delays is backhaul work. Remember, the backhaul providers could be stalling on purpose just to make things difficult. I know BrightHouse is in Bakersfield. Who else? Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  6. If Sprint were to merge with T-Mobile, SoftBank would still keep the lower pricing strategy, albeit in a different form to give the Duopoly a run for their money. In essence, there will come a time during the fight that AT&T and Verizon will be forced to drop their pricing to compete. But as long as the Duopoly doesn't have viable competition, there will be no reason for them to drop their pricing. We need a strong 3rd carrier to force their hands. 7. Awesome! Its better than nothing. Sprint was only ever advertising LTE speeds of 6-8 Mbps to begin with, so its in line. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  8. I only text 3 people on a regular basis and they are all on iPhones. Even my little sister is getting one soon. Sent from Josh's iPhone 5 using Tapatalk 2
  9. Tiered service coverage? Wow, that would be an interesting change of marketability. Sent from Josh's iPhone 5 using Tapatalk 2
  10. They should since they bought them out. Sent from Josh's iPhone 5 using Tapatalk 2
  11. e/CSFB was fully working properly when LTE launched in Visalia 2 weeks ago. I'm a happy camper. Sent from Josh's iPhone 5 using Tapatalk 2
  12. I'm in the same boat as both of you. Most of my messages are iMessages. I use less than 200 texts per month. Now when I start using my Nexus 5 for the next 2-3 months, that will change. Sent from Josh's iPhone 5 using Tapatalk 2
  13. I think T-Mobile will make a really enticing offer for MetroPCS customers to switch to GSM/W-CDMA/LTE devices in the near future so they can kill the CDMA2000 network maybe even sooner than originally planned.
  14. The GS3 and original GS4 were both released around the start of summer on Sprint. Even if the GS5 was announced in March, it'd still be until June before Sprint releases it.
  15. One thing that people keep forgetting. AT&T and T-Mobile are both GSM/W-CDMA carriers. If they were to merge, then there would be a monopoly in this country for a national GSM/W-CDMA network. The smaller regionals who operate on similar networks would be forced to close down because AT&T would raise the rates on roaming agreements until no one can afford access. Then it would be anticompetitive. That's the key reason the at&t-mobile merger failed. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  16. Well said, AJ. Who said that Sprint will be allowed to keep all that spectrum? They may have to divest some of it to satisfy the government in order to merge with T-Mobile. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  17. People, this doesn't necessarily mean less competition. But I do think that Sprint would be better off with USCC than with T-Mobile.
  18. Yes, check this article on the wall. http://s4gru.com/index.php?/blog/1/entry-356-teaser-samsung-galaxy-s4-2-3/
  19. Its OK. It happens. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  20. That would be the picture I pulled off the internet to use for the item picture. :/ Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  21. 2 weeks and it still hasn't shipped? Zagg must be losing their touch.
