I spent a day in Albuquerque yesterday (definitely a non NV area). I ran continuous data tests using Root Metrics app. My average speed in 500+ tests was 650kbps. The last time I did a test like this around ABQ, the average was between 350kbps and 400kbps. So on the whole, things have improved. There were several sites that used to be sub 100kbps that are now between 1.5Mbps and 2.5Mbps. Pleasant surprises. However, there are now new sites that are sub 100kbps. There will be a steady month over month improvement until Winter, when everything should be running to the new normal. If it doesn't meet your needs by the new year, then you may want to consider something else. Because about that time all the improvements will have been completed. Branchburg is in the Central Jersey market. When it comes to deployment order, there has to be an order. And someone will always be unhappy. Thankfully N. Jersey is at least a second round market.
