Thanks for the reply Scott. Turns out he didn't have the phone I thought he did. (He's 11 and wasn't sure what service his has.) But for future reference, is there a general “go to” procedure or tutorial I can check out to get a basic idea of how to get data working on these Metro flashed phones?
