Network Code for NV

I use an app called Net Monitor,...It tells me my network code is 310 4126. With this code, it is determined that the market is Detroit,MI. should I try to follow Network Vision updates for Detroit or stick with a market update for the city? It seems to me if my network is Detroit but I live in Toledo,OH..Which do I follow ? Puzzled people

Toledo is in the Detroit MTA, so Toledo is under Detroit SID 04126. Travel ~40 miles to your east, and you hit the Cleveland MTA, which uses SID 04396.

Also SIDS don't always follow markets either.
