Popular Post S4GRU
I just wanted to take a moment to share with you my thoughts before I begin all the Thanksgiving holiday merriment with family. I have been up all night on and off tending to turkeys in the smoker. Being half awake inhaling wonderful scents of white oak, pecan, cherry and apple has caused my mind to run around and think about the past year. Being the Thanksgiving season, I cannot help but think of all the blessings in my life that make me thankful. I am very grateful to our S4GRU members. It still amazes me how much you all participate and donate to make this such an enjoyable and enduring project. I am thankful for our tireless staff who work 24 hours a day around this site without pay. In fact, the opposite. As most of our staff are Top Donors or very close to making the list. They rarely receive appreciation for their efforts. There would be no S4GRU without them. As I could not do any of this on my own. It's hard for me to even imagine what S4GRU will be like one year from now. I couldn't imagine last Thanksgiving it being the way it is now. We will keep the site going as long as you all want to be here and keep the site funded. Some gave a little, some gave generously. Some times are tighter than others, like the Holidays. But we have always made it financially, and I thank you for that. So not only am I thankful for you all, but I want to thank you too. Thank you for your efforts. In the field and in the forums. Thank you for your financial contributions. Thank you for coming along side new members and mentoring them in the ways of the wireless nerd. We have converted so many into full fledged wireless enthusiasts the past three years. We regret nothing! On this Thanksgiving 2014, I pray that you all have a wonderful day. A day of peace. A day with friends and family. A day of bountiful blessing. And I pray you survive Black Friday! Grace & Peace to you all! Robert
