Has Sprint implemented handover from LTE TDD to CDMA(eHRPD)? And which device supports this handover? How about the delay? Thank you very much.

Tri-band phones were built with this in.  The network chooses which LTE band that you connect to and when you don't have sufficient reception, the phone will kick you over to 3G (CDMA/eHRDP).
