dish network puts in a 25 billion dollar bid for sprint to counter softbank

i've been reading about this for a few hours now on various websites they all say dish has spectrum but none say what spectrum dish has dose anyone know where it is on the frequency bands and how much they have would it be good for sprint to be bought by dish or would the softbank deal be better for other reasons
