I was in the middle of cleaning up and colorizing the output on the PRL site when the xxxx9 PRLs came out. I scrapped the colorizing part for now and just went with the cleaned up look. I took out some of the diffs we really didn't need to see as they didn't make sense to show them. I also added in the biggest thing of the MCC/MNC record adds/deletes. Still toying around with the output a bit, but it is in there for now. Tried to come up with something that won't confuse people but I think it will confuse people no matter what ;)

 

I redid quite a few of the PRL changes since I added in the MCC/MNC items. Interesting to see when they added more areas for LTE.
