EVO 4G LTE ISSUES WHEN HANDLING HELD AND CONFERENCE CALLS

I am very disappointed from the android software on my Evo 4g lte. The other day i discovered that i can't end a held call after i answered the second call. Also i tried to add another call to make a conference call but i received an error says that It can't establish a conference Call. In another incident i was unable to make a conference call between to calls that i didn't initiate. My my question is if there is anyway that we can address those issues to sprint so they can work on finding a way to fix it. By the way as far as i know that htc one x and s don't have those issues, i know that because i checked on the user manual of both devices.

The conference calling limitation is not handset specific. It is due to the underlying IS-41 core network that kept cdmaOne/CDMA2000 compatible with AMPS (analog cellular). As a result, CDMA has enjoyed a substantial coverage advantage in North America. Most people do not require complex conference calling features. If you do, you need to go GSM ecosystem or VoIP.

Thank you AJ for the clarification, i didn't expect that quick answer. Your answer Confirmed my Thoughts that sprint ecosystem doesn't support the Complete function of conference call feature. And what about ending a held call option is it also related to sprint ecosystem or to the software?

I always wondered why there was a limitation to conference calling on CDMA, not that I used it much on at&t.
