HTC vs Apple

Apple is not messing around that whole delay was very costly to HTC.

Not sure if it was Apple or their own arrogance/ignorance that caused the "delay" as they should have made sure the shipments would go through before quoting release dates. Sprint/AT & T/T-Mobile can push all they want for an earlier release date, but HTC needs to know the supply chain better, and not get caught making promises they can't deliver on.
