I am kinda confused about the anual upgrade thing. Lets say i bring a line over that upgraded 6 months ago. Now sprint waves the 15$ a month as stated. Then lets say in May a Iphone Phablet comes out. And i am on unlimited data on the new plan. Can i get the phone right away and start paying the 20$ per month then for 12 months? or do i need to wait 1 year then start the anual upgrade. Seemed when i called in i got 2 different answers on that.

Yea i am not going to order the phone till Monday as if i order from the guy who told me it then it is on him LOL if i order online like i would love to do then it would just be my word vs his word. But yea check it out. I made sure he understood that iw as not just talking about moving the phones over but to upgrade then move them over. And his words were like we are giving a 14 day grace period to Exsiting customers and waive the fee. I took it as that is how long of a grace period we have before we get changred 15$ on any line that is still under contract. So i have not rushed into anything cause day 1's can be very wrong and cost money. Not on purpose but just him maybe not really knowing the rules right.

He again claimed that there is a 14 day grace period if i use my upgrade before then and switch over to the new plan i still will not have to pay the 15$ so now i am not sure. He said come in Monday order the phones with your upgrade and we will switch you over to the new plajn and no 15$ a month fee

Okay i got back from the corp store. I asked a manager there about my exsiting plan moving it. I asked what about my upgrade? i said man i should have upgraded yesterday and used it then. He said do not worry. He said we are giving a 14 day grace period to our exsiting customers. I said you mean to not be charged 15$ per month if they got the phone before the 10th. He said NO he said if i order a phone and use the upgrade like this weekend and then change to the new plan i will not have to pay the 15$ per month for 24 months. Anyone believe this to be true? i mean he is a manager but i have seen clueless ones before. I asked 3 times and he said yes it is 14 days just use your upgrade asap.

I know this but that means they would have to do away with a plan they spend money on promoting and that is the everything my way plan. Without a 2 year upgrade the everything my way plan would be useless. And i just called account services and asked to talk to a a account services supervisor and of course they would not tell you if they even knew but i was assured that when my phones are upgrade ready in 3 months ill be able to get a upgrade at the sub price.

Well till i see it in writing ill just go with it. I have right now a few lines which could upgrade and i am waiting on the next new phone. And i do not see them doing something like this in the next few months. They made this New plan for a reason for people who want to be month to month.

That is total nonsense and also just your opinion. They can't really do that as they would then have to force everyone on the ED1500 and the everything my way plan all the Sero plans all the old old plans the EDRP plan to change there plans.Sprint would go under. And that is not going to happen. Sorry but this is just your opinion.

I meant to say 2 lines are ready now to upgrade and the others will be in a few months. I would rather pay the 199$ then the 699$ Also can someone show me where it says if you go with the unlimited you get a upgrade 1 time per year every 12 months? i have not seen this anywhere in there terms

Okay before i go there and ask them tomorrow ill ask here. I have 10 lines of service. 2 are able to be upgraded now but i have been saving the upgrade 5 of them will be able to get full upgrade in 3 months as they have 90 days left in this contract and will be upgrade elig then. I would love to use them but i guess i can't have my cake and eat it too right? and what about the 2 lines which are able to upgraded right now?

Okay i am so confused. If someone wants to help me fine if not it is okay. I have 10 lines of service with my Family. They give me money but for the most part i pay the bill. 5 of those lines are the OLD fair and flexable plan. Which means you can not use a smartphone. The other 5 lines are on a ED1500 plan. I pay 400$ per month on average. Now what i do is this. MY wife and brother plus the 3 other lines on the OLD plan never use a upgrade. I just get them a 25$ phone off ebay or a refurb from sprint. So i have lots of upgrades that i use. What i do is when a really good high end phone comes out like the Iphone 6 ETC i use like 3 of the upgrades and sell the phones. This helps me pay for those lines of service. So if i changed to this plan my bill would go down 25 times 10 BUT i would lose all those upgrades every 19 months correct? the way i see it. Since i have so many lines and i get to use the upgrades on 6 of the 10 lines i am better off to stay whjere i am correct?

Yeah i seen them there around 6pm i think it was or so bitcom i think was the name. They were working on the 1st tower so not sure if they were for sprint as there are 2 towers there

Still waiting for them to do some work on the FL Blvd 14th street tower here in Bradenton. I just had my internet upped to 60mb so really in my house i do not need lte anymore but it is nice to go outside and get good speed. I hope they keep it up around here.

Well yeah i am not worried about bars but the fact that i turn my Airwave off and get the same speed for now is fine with me. Also i do not think they are done with that site yet but we shall see

Then how am i sitting in front of the new 1 i got not long ago and sitting in front of it and getting super fast speed it shows 4g when it never showed 4g till this week and again i am pulling speeds. I even did sensory with it and speed tested so you tell me???? I called sprint again and yes they claim it does not support lte but i unplugged my airwave and i still have 3 bars of 4g and my spped is even slower in data so you tell me lol.

Well i have been doing speed tests and i wonder if they are done with the tower on 34th and 57th near MCC i get speeds all over the place here at my house. But i know it is a lot better than before. I can get better speed now than wifi in my house. And yes i have full bars cause of my Airwave. I did call sprint and ask them if the Airwave supports lte and they said yes but this is why i have full bars. Glad to have it hope it gets faster.

Well i am sitting in my house in South Bradenton off 26th St and like 62nd ave and i have full bars of 4G i did reboot my phone to make sure and stuff is flying. Not sure if they are fully turned on for good or testing but it is fast and as said full bars in my house. Not sure what tower i am pulling this from cause we have not seen work on the Fla Blvd tower and the one By BHS is too far away for me to pull full bars of 4g Lte

Well all i know is they must have the same crew as the 1 who was on 4G lol this was the same way they trated 4g a few years ago. They worked out east and south but getting into south bradenton just never happened. Sprint should be on these guys because telling customers stories so they renew there contract is not right. I know a few people who have just set there phones on Forced roaming where all they do is roam just so they get the letter from sprint about roaming too much and sprint terminates there contract. That is how bad it has become here lol. That way they do not have to pay a ETF. I would never do that i would just call them up and tell them enough is ehough lol. Anyway i do hope they would check and see what they are doing in this area.

Well he did not even see them doing any work then woke up today and had fast as anything 4g lte. Now of course i am happy for him but after being passed over on 4g i do hope as the rep told me it would be done within 90 days. When i turn my SGS3 on each day i see 4G LTE as it boots up and it reminds me yeah everywhere in my area but here lol.

Well my Son moved to springhill and looking at the map of towers to be upgraded none were really near his house. SpringHill is really not large but today he called me and has 3 bars of 4g lte. Yet here in Bradenton well South bradenton Nada. I called sprint they said it is supposed to be completed here within the next 90 days so we shall see. I just do not get why they took a permit on the tower on Florida Blvd and leave it sit like a ghost town for such a long time. But we shall see what happens

I did not feel like truening the app on but i was in the Palmetto Walmart where i use to not even get a signal and i got LTE inside. On my way back home i got LTE all the way down 14TH street till i hit about 57th Ave and 14th street and it went away. Of course nothing down south a little more in Bayshore Gardens lol always last down here for everything.

Well i am bitter with them since 3 years ago they got me to change a old plan to a ED 1500 plan with 5 lines and a Account services Sup told me oh yeah you will have 4g within 6 months. I said okay ill open it then. After 6 months went by and we got nowhere i called up cause i had her note my account that if they did not i could get out of my contract and it was noted. they told me they see the notes on the account but there is nothing they can do. So sorry if i am a little bitter when i had a Older plan that in the past few years waiting on LTE i could have saved a 1000 on my bill but ill not post about it here anymore but i do wish they would 1 time work south Bradenton lol it is always West Bradenton

Bradenton is so slow they are doing work to the 1 on cortez road and such but South Bradenton like in the past is not going anywwhere. I go past the tower on Fl Blvd and it has been a ghost site for weeks now. If they do not work on that tower when my contract is up they might lose 11 lines of service. I have been told so much junk from them in the past it is getting old. So lets hope for some more people working. And it is not the permit as that 1 is open.

Yeah i ride past the tower on Florida Blvd here and went right up to it and there is nothing around like waiting to be installed etc. I hope they get back around to it soon as it has a open permit i do believe

I ride past it almost every day and look for changes as i pass it and nothing besides what has been there for awhile now. But hopefully soon.
