The slot is on the top left of the phone...just stick a pin in there and push the little eject lever inwards and the sim card and tray will come out... Also might have been a tool to do this that came with the phone Sent from my LG-LS980 using Tapatalk

Yes still in contact but they are waving or crediting the 15 dollar fee. If yo go with unlimited it shortens the contact to 12 months or less if you haven't renewed in 2014 Sent from my LG-LS980 using Tapatalk
