  1. I think I may have read that wrong. Yeah if the ESN had been attached to the account. I don't see why they couldn't do it unless someone didn't know how to do it or didn't want to.
  2. They can't sell it as new if it has been opened.
  3. No your signing an agreement in September so it's not a glitch.
  4. Haha this is more for people with those iPhone 4's and iPhone 4s' s who are too cheap to pay for phones.
  5. Sprint will also be doing this: Buy iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus and trade in any iPhone in working condition and meets all standard buyback condition requirements, buy back value will be $200. I see sprint getting a lot of newcomers.
  6. Sprint is offering most people with just a single line of service to merge on a framily. Just what I have seen through the weeks.
  7. Thats possible too but if the rep does not change it. It will automically have you pay the $55 a month for the one line.
  8. For some accounts sprint can merge existi g customers in the same framily. Just check with customer care or go into a corporate sprint store.
  9. If you opt to keep paying the subsidiezed cost of the phones. There will be a 15 dollar charge for each phone for not going to the easy pay option.
  10. You would be paying that rate only if you have 7 lines or more on a plan Your cost would be (50+10) for the nexus (50+20+21) for the 5s and you want to get insurance for the 5s. Sprint will only take back working non cracked phones with the upgrade. The catch is it must be a Sprint authorized replacement device if something does happen to it.
  11. The majority of the Knoxville area has only been 4g only accepted. If you become a sponsor you can see the map.
  12. I won't argue with you about it because I've succeeded in multiple sale fields. Yes it's enough to be informed about technology, but the actual interworks of the network is asking a lot. I guarantee most Verizon salesman don't know which frequency they use in their cellphones. the company should push it to an employee. So you're telling me it's relevant from going to a car dealership to a cellphone store. It's simply not the same. I've done both jobs
  13. it's kind of apples and oranges from a car dealership and a telecommunications corporation.
  14. I think it's hard to inform customers if the company doesn't even inform the managers. . . .just saying. I currently work at Sprint. Most of our workforce is educated. There's a difference from being smart and not informed just saying . . .
