  1. Oh okay. Though, I wonder if fiber is the case, why they haven't done the 3G/800 upgrade in Austin for so long? That would help.
  2. Hmm, work for me, is on Madison Ave past Victory Dr and towards Eagle Lake, and that site seems to be the closest to it. Hopefully that resolves the work part, though it's werid that I would not even get reliable 3G signal before the upgrades. Thankfully, my new place is right downtown so that will solve the home issue. Only in Austin on the weekends but it's a struggle to use the phone at all once in town or on the east side of town.
  3. Still nothing in Austin, wow. Completely drained my battery with no signal just out of town. Great, along with weak/no signal (3G or 4G) at work or at home in Mankato, this is beyong frustrating.
  4. I hear you. I have excellent service on the western side of town. But past the tower by Target and I start running into issues.
  5. Interesting. So, based off that it should be live? I wonder why it isn't then. And will the "American Tower" be only one getting NV for the time being?
  6. Sprint sales rep. She listed all the cities getting 4G, including Fairmont, Blue Earth, Albert Lea, Rochester, so I asked about Austin and she said that only 3G is being worked on for now. I know that it'll be there in time, but was more wondering why it won't be at the same time as those others.
  7. So, I hear Austin, MN tower which shows up as a network vision site, won't be getting 4G soon, only 3G/Data and Voice upgrades. Is there any reason for that? Really disheartening, considering Albert Lea and Rochester are getting 4G as well.
  8. Wow, the Minneosta date is really depressing. Should have just stayed out of contract. Damn.
  9. Even though the market is Minnesota, will cities like Minneapolis, Mankato and St. Clound get the upgrades first? Since they're big and college towns?
  10. Not sure if they are NV upgrades or not, but the Sprint network site says 55912 is slated for 3 upgrades on two towers in "next 6 months", though that has been like that for awhile. I've heard that they will be happening around July 30th. Is it possible to verify that, Robert? The slow speeds in town are absolutely brutal, Straight Talk phones did not help the matter either. Thanks.
