Oh I'm. It sure if the radios were updated or not but I know that before the update it said sprint 15.0 and after it shows 16.0 . And that's when u go to settings and about phone.
-
idk not much I think only 238 Mb I had to delete some stuff and and before that I had only 1.5 gbs left and after deleting some stuff I had 2.4 gb and then after I installed the update it still shows 2.4 gbs left even though it said I needed 1.9 gbs to do the update. How much space does iOS 7.1 take up total on your phones? Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

My iPhone runs much faster it seems like with the update. So hopefully it gets jail broken for y'all soon so y'all can enjoy it to.

Just in case you'll didn't already know. And it requires 1.9 Gb of free space and I think it's a 239 mb download

They have to for the iPhone it's the only way for it to connect to LTE. All iPhones have removable sims unless you have the iPhone 4 CDMA version.

Thanks for the info. Much appreciated and most if not all have generators I think.

My question is can ice accumulation cause problems with the cell towers or is it possible for them to fall almost like power line polls due to ice. Just curious because we are supposed to get a lot of ice here in Little Rock.

I dont think you would need to pay because I thought you only had to pay an activation fee on an brand new phone that u just bought and activated for the first time. Not if you bought it and want to re activate it. Like if you bought an phone off eBay or something. You don't have to pay an activation fee to activate the phone on your account right?

Get LTE almost everywhere I go now since I got an iPhone and with all the new towers that are now in West Little Rock.

No I thought it was just the biggest in area here in the continental United States

try popping the sim tray out and back in again. I got a 5c the other day and similar issue. popped the sim tray in and back out and did ##update# and now everything is working perfectly.
Yeah, that's what's frustrating - one phone with iOS7 works perfectly. The other doesn't. Sadly, according to this thread https://community.sprint.com/baw/thread/134621?start=0&tstart=0 this isn't the only instance of it happening, but neither Apple or Sprint are really saying anything yet. Probably not enough reported issues I suppose.
Also, since it's an iPhone5, I suspect Apple may replace it with a refurb too, wouldn't they? I had never heard that all replacements they do are "new"...

I'm pretty sure its coming at the same time as other carriers. Sprint might just think they can handle the demand. Since a lot people go to apple store anyways.

So I've heard that might have an iPhone 5s with 128 GBs of storage. If this is true do you think they'll get rid of the 16 GB for $199 and just make these storage options 32 GB $199 64 GB $299 and 128 GB $399. Instead of 16 GB $199 32 GB $299 64 GB $399 and lastly the 128 GB for $499. Honestly I think $499 is to much for a phone on contract then especially if you want some accessories and apple care + that's ends up be like $600+ for a phone.

I'll be happy if the iPhone 5S at least has 800 mhz LTE and 1900mhz LTE

You might get 2 down, but I bet you get ZERO up. Mine would NEVER work at -109 because of a poor transmit signal. I could see 2 down or more on a speed test if I was lucky enough to get my request for a speed test to be recognized.
I was able to get 1+ up.
Then I got this.
Then I decided to see what speeds I'd get on EvDo because the tower is 3G accepted too.

My Evo LTE is usuable at above -109. I actually can a -115 signal and getting 2 down. I find that to be better and faster than eHRPD because i always seem to get lower pings as well on lte unless I have a -120 or worse signal.
