    Returned home from vacation in Houston. No more 4G for a while...sigh. Perhaps they will start working on it here soon...sigh.

    I live in Phoenix and have always been puzzled by Sprint leaving the SIXTH Largest City in America out when it comes to 4G. I remember reading that Sprint and Clear were even testing WiMax / LTE here about a year ago. Testing but no deployment. I have been a Sprint customer for about 12 years and have had no problem with the service. I just thought it odd.

    If you zoom in on Phoenix, AZ from Clear's coverage map, there are 6 towers in the Metro area. 3 in the southeast (Tempe, Mesa, Chandler). 2 in the north (North Phoenix and North Scottsdale, and one on the westside on interstate 10. I spend a lot of time around the North Phoenix Tower (N. 7th St and E. Bell Rd.) and get a good 4G signal on my Nexus S 4g. I have not checked the others. BR
