This is just not my day 😂. I thought you typed 311-480. Yes, 311-490 is a Sprint PLMN. It's used for Virgin mobile.
I really need to get some sleep.
We all have those days lol. It's Tuesday which is just as bad as Monday.

Correction: No 311-490 is Verizon.
According to https://www.mcc-mnc.com/ 311-490 is Sprint.

It's TMobile when you see B66 at 20x20 it's likely not att has they don't have a much aws spectrum as TMO and VZW. They had to give up some to T-Mobile under the failed merger
I've roamed on AT&T 20x20 b66 in my area before.

Could be I guess, I only pulled up the debug screen thinking someone had a magic box as I didn't have VoLTE but that's quite possible. I have yet to ever roam on AT&T.
Next time it happens, grab the PLMN.

Not in my experience, I sometimes roam on B4 in my basement at work and it shows roaming, this time no such thing. Why would sometimes roaming on T-Mobile show roaming and other times not?
Could be AT&T LTE roaming as well.

It wasn't showing that I was roaming which is why I found it odd.
That's how they did T-Mobile roaming.

No. That is T-Mobile LTE roaming.
Was 311-490 formerly Clearwire?
-
1 hour ago, Tengen31 said:
That's likely TMobile. Att has very few areas with 20x20 AWS.
Wouldn't it show a T-Mobile PLMN though? 311-490 is Sprint.

FCC Waives Auction Communication Prohibition for Sprint, T-Mobile
Do we expect Sprint to participate in auction 103? Probably not since it's mmWave spectrum yeah?

So, just out of curiosity, if nothing else, were it available, relative to what I'm looking for, would it meet those requirements: Basically VoLTE or at least enhanced voice quality.
No VoLTE yet.

I suppose a MB would work for me if it supported VoLTE, but my reading suggests it doesn't, plus, according to Sprint Web Site, MB is not supported where I live.
If the Magic Box isn't available where you live then the Airave 4 isn't either.

Yes.
Widely or only in certain markets? Nothing happens where I am and I like to know what they're doing to improve the network XD

So is 25+41+41+41 a combo that Sprint uses now?

Florida signs on for the merger. ... and by the way, the article, today, states: "Separately, the Federal Communications Commission has indicated it plans to approve the merger and has begun the process of formally doing so."
Florida joins Justice Department settlement with Sprint, T-Mobile
Bazinga!!!!
Interesting. Wonder when the vote is going to be?

According to what I read, the "Official" vote did not happen yet! When the FCC found out last week about Sprint's supposed misuse of Lifeline funds, some at the FCC asked for a delay. So if the story is true from Fiercewireless, then the official vote did not happen yet.
So after some more digging, there's nothing on the official FCC docket about a vote being scheduled or held. I don't know if @Trip can provide any info?

When was this?
If you work for the FCC and you don't know that makes me think it hasn't happened yet and people are confusing Pai announcing support for it as official voting.

Yeah they did. In support of it
What was the tally? It wasn't unanimous correct?

Yes, GOP voted in favor of the merger.
Did they officially vote? I saw that they were ready but can't find any info on them officially voting.

It'll be only 2+25+25+4+71 for a grand total of 30MHz on the downlink. T-Mo band 2 is only 5x5 (as of right now). Sprint has 2 5x5 b25 carriers. T-Mo band 4 is only 5x5. Band 71 is only 10x10.
