  1. Getting backhaul to my tower is big april fools JOKE !

hahahaha.   I saw them running fiber to my site.  I hope they have enough pairs because att and verizon are upgrading this site also.   Im actually starting school soon for fiber splicing/repairing.

  2. Is it normal for this phone to keep dropping data connection mostly ehrpd.  But i do still have voice.   At my house lately i go to check email.  and i see it drop. Then come right back then does it again.  Could be a tower issue or phone.  I just want to see if anyone else is experiencing this.

  3. It's not really an idea. Sprint can't go build out expensive rural LTE coverage to new areas where Verizon already has a 50-75 share. They cannot pick up enough customers to even come close to breaking even. So, it's not feasible. But this provides almost all the same benefits and is feasible.

As for the sarcasm, I wasn't being sarcastic. I'm really truly glad that Masa does not listen to you. What Sprint is doing here with the CCA is no different than what Verizon is doing, just on a much bigger and more organized scale. And don't discount the interoperability and device ecosystem benefit for all.

Also, it will now allow many rural customers the ability to switch away from Verizon because their local company now can offer a viable coverage area when they travel.

What made me think of this was because of sprints roaming data limit.  On Lte 300mb will be hit fairly quickly.  Thats my only fear on that.   We will find out when that happens.

Masa wont listen to me or anyone on these forms.  corporate never listens to consumers or low end workers

  4. You do know that Verizon does this in many areas and their coverage map reflects that, right? This is exactly the right thing to do. I'm glad Masa is not getting advice from you.

Im just saying i have nothing but bad times roaming on Verizon.  (Battery dies quickly, voice quality bad).  Maybe just my market.   I was simply imputing an idea and get sarcasm.

  5. You don't even know what you use at home. My neighbors are a standard family, five people: Kids run YouTube and music, Parents have their Roku and Netflix/Hulu. They don't use torrent etc. Still they use a lot of capacity every month and it's getting the norm. I wish I had access to Cox but they stopped at my neighbors house.

Most home ISP are looking to maximuze their profits and tax usage.

I am sure many people hear would be shocked if they could see their usage,

UVURSE is even lower limit.   Streaming hd shows kills data.

  6. Do they put the antennas on customers roofs?  Like a repeater?  So now dish customers have dishes and antennas and more wires dangling all over the roof.   So it uses satellite for back-haul? Is there enough data speed?   I know there internet is slow.  Id like to see how this turns out its interesting

  7. Look at Towerstream and they already provide fixed wireless service and the best part, still unlimited!

Yes I can hear the haters, but guess what, the carries seem to have no problem with usage if you're willing to pay. Our neighbor just got kicked out by Cox for using more than 300GB per month but hey he could sign up for a business plan, pay more and their network will be A-Okay with it.

thats alot of data kinda low limit but still its there for data hoggers. Most business plans have no data limit on them.

  8. Really need to update this phone.  Random apps are draining the battery.  Like "Whats this Song".  Never used it on the day where it said 60%.  Great battery life after reboot.  Buggiest version of android yet.  I hope 4.4.3 is better

  9. And---the big two are killing Sprint with commercials every half hour on the channels I watch. And -- both of the commercials from the other two are excellent.  They are killing Sprint for sure. The other two sure know how to market their product and they are just flooding the TV with them.  I can see how the average person is going to be swaying into switching to one of the other big boys.

It is insane how the big two have it together and have the budget to do what they want. I NEVER see the Sprint name but I sure see the other ones.

Now tmobile bashing verizon.  Saying the have 50000 sites. lol  Edge all over here

  10. the spigen are garbage i opened it up and started to peel the backing and damn thing cracked i know they wont want it back.   Going back to zag.  Dont buy!!!!!! Not worth the money now im out 30 bucks.

  11. This is ridiculous. Mid march and not a peep from Google or Sprint.

I agree.  worse part i had this nexus 5 for less than a month more problems than my s4.  No calls received but i get vm cant make calls randomly just hangs up during ringing.  Next month is end of first quarter of year.

  12. Well at least you get voicemail notifications. I have to check mine every hour or so because I don't get voicemail notifications.

Damn that sucks.   i just contacted google they said its a sim card issue.(right).  To go to sprint and have them swap it. Im not the only one with this problem its on YouTube for evidence.   I also asked about spark update.  No clue still.  They had no clue what spark update was  :wall:

  13. Google needs to update these phones.  I randomly get the no ring or notification of missed call if someone calls. But as soon as a voice mail is left, it lets me know in seconds.  I tested it plenty of times.  I hope fixed soon and they throw in spark update to enable the radios. ;)
