how to i get a tower that constantly fails escalated nicely .  I don't want to come of as D***.  But i get cdma 800 of distant tower no data. Spo i swapped with gs4 same issue.  I keep getting, from sprint  i pin pointed  your tower and let techs know.  I know im not on my tower i have gotten lte at my house and its at -119 and ehrpd is -111.  When my tower is up i get -77db.    I call in monthly and get same response.

Band 26 is the 800 MHz LTE band. What you have likely experienced is that eCSFB is not enabled on band 26 LTE sites in your area.

this happens to me in ct where i use to get lte after 4.4.3 i cant connect to lte.  Sprint told me eCSFB

i wish nexus 7 on sprint have wifi version.  i had tab 3 from sprint so much trouble with it

Are you sure you aren't confusing LTE bars with actual signal? What does signal check show you for signal levels? The LTE bars are terrible. I'm at - 101 for an LTE signal, which is awesome, but have only 1 bar, because the phones are stupid and the programmers don't handle LTE signals right when it comes to the bar display.

No lte just 3g.  This site was a gmo over a year ago and degrading rapidly.  Loose data constantly but have 1x800 off a distant tower.   Use to get -80db now im at -105 when connected to the tower.

I have to call sprint today its gotten worse 3 or 4 years ago when i had my epic 4g.  Had almost full bars now im lucky to get one.  Lucky my nexus 5 loves 1x800 picks up a farther tower with better signal lol

Probably eCSFB issues due to band 26 being deployed as discussed on the last few pages.

only happened after 4.4.3 (the no lte unless cycle airplane mode)

happens to me in ct.  Mostly new towers i call sprint and its fixed in 2 business days or less.

Where are you located?

Newtown Ct,  Never had this problem before im still getting data drops on 3g more frequent now.   Happens for split second enough to kill streaming and error loading page

i noticed yesterday at work usually took 5min been there for an hour never connected  

It's frustrating having to be at work relying on this tower. 1,300ms pings are common place, and I'm lucky to have a 0.25.Mbps data connection. Beyond frustrating.

My tower when it was 3g complete at first use to get 2mbps second now it get .65mbps.  Constantly drops back to ev-do and data drops and so does voice.  

My nexus 5 takes forever to connect to lte now i have airplane mode it now.    .    Maybe ill factory reset it.

yup same boat here for the tower in downtown meriden..sceduled for upgrades to be completed in september should get a text message about a week prior to work begining, so hopefully i get the text soon and once done the rumor i heard about spark being on in meriden will hold water.

Sprint doesn't have any permits just verizon and att to add lte.  But they had them since last year just finished this a month ago.   This is only non lte tower in the area.  But service of this tower is degrading rapidly.  Calls are choppy got to another tower and get hd voice.  How did you find out the upgrade date?  This is 3g complete 

its  about the same and radio .23.   But on plus side levels are fluctuating like before 5db its only 1 now

So i got my phone recognized when i plug it in google adp device pops up.  Then i do command prompt to confirm and say not internal command.   Im gonna have to wait for the ota this is making me want to throw this phone against the wall lol

now i get cmd and java are blocking installation.  I miss update from sdcard  this is a pita
