  1. it shouldn't be hard, I did it last night and it went through fine.

    1. Place the update file in the platform tools folder

    2. Hook up your phone to the computer and make sure USB debugging is on under developer options

    3. Hold Shift and Right Click Platform Tools, opening a command prompt window

    4. do adb devices to make sure your phone is connected

    5. do the adb reboot bootloader command

    6. press volume down on your phone until you get to recovery and press power

    7. When it gets to the screen with the robot and the red exclamation sign, hold power and press volume up

    8. use volume down and select "apply update from ADB"

    9. do adb sideload filename.zip with filename being whatever the name of the update file you give it

if you did everything correctly it should install. If not, you did something wrong.

what sdk do i have to download how to properly install it.  Theres like 10 different ways to install it

  2. i had a spigen protector on my phone but after sending it back to lg it had been removed, and broke so i purchased on from Nillkin cost is so much less and i think its better quality too.  Its only 13 dollars vs 40

  3. This tab was given to me by Sprint a few days ago when I bought my (awesome, kickass) Nexus 5. At first, I was stoked. I mean, hey, a "free" tablet! But I now see how terribly abysmal the screen resolution is. Just atrocious. It's going back ASAP!!

At least yours activated i went through two that worked at first then said preparing network and stopped working.  I got to return it without paying 70 bucks.   Good old retention's dept.  Its a Samsung bug

  4. So is it me or is anyone else waiting for the spark update just so someone can make a ROM called all spark?

it will be released hopefully next week but thats all ive been hearing since sprints release. lol I bet you by time nexus 5 2014 edition it will be out.

  5. It is likely dropping 3G to scan for LTE. Put it in 3G only mode and see if you still get the dropouts. This will likely not be fixed with the update as the single-path radio is physically unable to scan for LTE while keeping a 3G signal.

so i enabled band 41 and 26 lte on stock radio.  Band 41 is 1 and others are 0 and i don't have the data drop anymore on 3g any more.

  6. With a new sim card im still getting the data drop on 3g.  It happens for a split second and come back.  My s4 that i was on for a week didn't do it once!  Never seen an important update take so long to roll out.  I love the design of the nexus 5.  Would it be caused from esfb issue?  I dont know how to check to see if its that.

now that i swapped phone online i got the msl number sent email now to test.
