  1. That's funny.....it reminds me of a situation I ran into with one of the smaller county offices I cover about 2 years ago.  The gal called in a ticket for an MFP printer repair because it had stopped working, and when she started opening doors/hatches etc, when she pulled out the toner cartridge, she discovered that a mouse had somehow wormed its way into the printer back behind the cartridge (I'm still far more baffled by how it got in there in the first place than how it got behind the toner cartridge), gotten itself stuck and died.

  2. I cannot believe this thread has gone on for 3 pages...

And yet by you replying a day and a half after the last post (and me replying to point this out as well), we've both helped it not die yet.  B)

I'll help brighten up the thread by stating that when our imminent deaths come, I hope for both our sakes that we die from a fried chicken/bacon/BBQ/etc heart attack first rather than being fried by the imminent apocalyptic CME that's surely destined to doom us all!

  3. Those of you with P-Q's, I need to ask something, as its been a a possible theory I have on this issue:  are any or all of you, when experiencing the mapping problem with this, also using a bluetooth connection of any kind actively at the same time?

The reason I ask is that I did some mapping today in one of the towns in the area I cover with work, and I had the mapping process go 23-24 minutes today without crapping out on me at all (I finally manually stopped it when I had to get back to what I was doing from my lunch break). This was in a work vehicle in which I had no bluetooth connection going on with anything. Comparatively, ever since the JB update, usually the highest I hit was not even 15 minutes (and most of the time 10 or less) before the halt on the mapping process occurred, and every time I've tried to map since the JB update (up until today), I've also been connected to my car's aftermarket Kenwood KDC-X597 receiver via a bluetooth connection for phone and possible streaming connectivity through the phone (though not always with active phone call or streaming in progress when the halt happened, just a live bluetooth connection).

Its entirely possible I was just extremely lucky today, but I'm curious to see if anyone can say 100% without a doubt they still had the mapping process halt with bluetooth completely disabled on the phone.

  4. Hi everyone, a couple updates :

    Thanks

First of all, welcome back to the site!

When you get a chance, can you possibly look into the issue I posted a couple of pages back in the thread since you were last here regarding problems mapping with the app on the Moto Photon Q please?  Several of us here would greatly appreciate it:

  5. Dig, speaking of asking Sensorly (since you seem to have the dev's address), my Sensorly question is....where has he been?  Just curious basically since he doesn't show that he's been around in over a month now.
