  1. Thanks Toyrunner and Kaku, seems like almost all sites have NV equipment, I have my doubt on Video Avenue one, in the Vertedero site, looks like the Sprint panels could be the lower set in the first pic. So probably in some time Mayaguez should be up, it could be matter of backhaul.
  2. Do you toggle airplane mode? My GS3 pickup LTE faster when I toggle airplane mode on/off.
  3. Kaku the site on the Doral building looks like it have NV Equipment, but the video avenue its hard to identify if there is any NV equipment.
  4. Thanks again Toyrunner, on the second one we can see clearly the RRU behind the panel, a clearly sign of NV installed, according to antennasearch its only a sprint site and mayaguez taxi services, so 2 of the 7 sites have nv equipment. Toyrunner did you check if you get eHRPD in those sites?
  5. Thanks, NV equipment installed on that one, GREAT!!! 6 left to check!!!
  6. Yes, I was talking about NV sites accepted, LTE on sites are only 25-26 so that's a very low percent. Thanks for the clarification.
  7. Thanks for the tip, that would be a great christmas gift but in most of the cases, customer service know less that S4GRU readers, they only know when they're closer to the market launch I think. The first sites in PR started to show in september, in 3 months we have around 60-65% completed NV sites, realistically speaking I don't think they're gonna finish the other 45% in a month, hopefully i'm wrong. I think february-march we should see more than 95% completed.
  8. Nobody knows, but should be in the next months, at the pace we seen LTE sites going on PR will be covered in LTE on early 2013.
  9. I think that we could do onsite feedback to the forum in the mayaguez area so we can get a better idea of whats going on in "la sultana del oeste" without giving more work to Robert, we have some mayaguez or close towns members, we can do some NV antenna hunting. Im gonna list the seven antenna locations so if you have a camera with a decent zoom, snap a pic and post it here so we can determine if it have NV equipment. 1) Video avenue rooftop (in front of Centro Medico, easy access) 2) Cerro las mesas (Bella Vista) after you pass the hospital and 7th day adventist church, is on the left of the road. (Easier to spot and to shoot pic) 3) I think we can see it from viaducto, is in the rooftop next to formerly stereo gema. 4) Downtown (around howard johnson hotel). Dont know exactly location, is on one of the rooftop around that area. 5) Mayaguez Terrace traffic light, its on the rooftop of one of the buildings closer to nestle. 6) In front of the "Vertedero", (probably easy to take pics) 7) The last one is on the Zoo road and PR 351 road, never been around that area so dont know how easy is to spot it. Happy hunting!!
  10. I did the mayaguez to aguada route and a family trip at the same time, 2 birds in the same shot!! Jeje
  11. A lot of people (not from this forum) would get pissed if they know how much LTE we have in PR, and thats with small amounts of towers on. We should be more than happy, for years we used to have 100-300kbps speeds, still some places have this speeds, now we have a lot places of 1-2mbps NV speeds, and we are seeing LTE increasing at fast pace.
  12. I found LTE on Hormigueros yesterday but the 4G connection was only for a few seconds, today I decided to go back and only manage to connect a few seconds and then it kick me out of LTE, map it 2 points on sensorly. Here a screenshot of sensorly http://db.tt/Wv5BJgu3 I dont know if the site its been blocked or the LTE signal is from another tower far away.
  13. Remember that LTE in PR isn't officially launched yet, those places have NV equipment installed just like Cabo Rojo and you found LTE in Cabo Rojo today.
  14. Thanks for all your hard work done on this site, but family and health are first, enjoy with your loved ones. Edil
  15. Don't think so, Ponce have also a protection site, and looking at sensorly it look like 2 or 3 sites have LTE on.
  16. I think it could be a bug or simply it shows LTE disabled when you're not connected to LTE service. My GS3 shows LTE disabled and I was able to connect to LTE.
  17. I notice that also in Hatillo, when down results show less than 5mbps the upload where crazy fast, the needle rev up like rpm's in a racer car. Don't know if is a bug of the speedtest app.
  18. Don't know why are so low you're hopes on NV, probably there problems in you're area, i've seen a lot of changes in west area from before and after NV sites were on, improved 3g speed from San German to Aguadilla (not Mayaguez), and after tasting a bit of LTE, my hopes on Sprint Network can't be higher.
  19. Seems like the Ponce guy that is mapping the LTE study at La Catolica, now sensorly show LTE around campus LOL
