  1. Well, you clearly don't have an enhanced network enabled device so........

I have a galaxy s7 edge. Either way I can count on Sprint for coverage, just can't count on Sprint for any kind of speed, never have prob nvr will

  2. NO band 41 n your area? sprint needs that on all towers. and/or band 25 wideing. along with band 25+band 25 CA.

they have B41 with multiple carriers here

on B25 i am getting around 3 down. and i am a 3rd of a mile from the tower.

  3. That makes more sense, but I'm still hoping it is secure.

Both "Magnetic Secure Transmission," or MST and nfc, won't transmit you card's data. it only transmits a code that is only good for a few min, and it uses a new code each time. It is secured with knox, and have to be unlocked with fingerprint or a pin, for it to work .

I think it is more secure then having the card with you.

  4. - Samsung Pay looks like a good idea but I'm still kind of cynical of swiping the phone over the magnetic swipe. I'd rather use NFC all things considered. At least it isn't Current C.

You don't have to swipe the phone, Just hold it against it. NFC will work just fine with samsung pay. The other  way is meant for where nfc isn't available. NFC is only available at 1% of the places i go. I can't wait ti 9/28 to test it.

I won't have the note 5, but it will work with the s6

  5. Has anybody noticed any new features or bugs with the new update?

My wife decided to give her phone a cleaning and dropped it in the sink a couple nights ago. We're getting a replacement today and I'm wondering how the new update is.

  6. On T-Mo here I'm usually at .12 Mbps. Usable for talk and text and some Twitter. Anything more data intensive and you're sitting and staring at the screen for a while.

The bigger issue is the topography of my town which you probably know is hilly as can be, that screws with mid band signal. Big reason why most here have Verizon. They were really the only carrier with low band here for a long time.

My cousin has tmobile, in omaha, he looses signal several times driving thru omaha. I nvr loose signal anywhere i go in omaha and council bluffs

  7. Just curious what is everyone's download speed of you home ISP vs Sprint's

Slow day for me. I usually get around 5 down average at my house. Go a few blocks down and i  get 20 mbps down often.

  8. I owned a Netgear R7000 Nighthawk.. $200 AC wifi router. Ended up returning it because I would experience random outages on the 5ghz radio. My phone would still show that it was connected to wifi, but there was no internet access and I could not ping the 192.168.1.1 address of the router. After a few minutes, it would start to work again. It did this several times a day. I found a guy on youtube who had the exact same issue, during the demo/review he was doing. Netgear may good sometimes, but their R7000 is junk, and I would go ASUS if looking for a high end router..

i have had that router for at least 6 months. Haven't had any problems with it

  9. I don't want to hijack - but is there a modem that's docsis 3.0 compatible with telephony support?  I need the landline to work. lol

only one i know of is with the phone from cable. I have COX, and the phone/modem is docsis 3.0. Get good speeds from it.

the phone/modem COX uses is a cisco. I believe it is wifi to, but i rather use a separate router

this is the router i use

the highest i got so far was 199 mbps down and 50 up
