  1. Yes, they do. New S2. (I hope that's what the new Sprint-bound Samsung tablet is, anyway!)
  2. Maybe not, but the average consumer probably doesn't even know Sprint Spark is a thing anyway.
  3. This is fantastic! Have been waiting for this one to come to Sprint.
  4. Yeah, there are several errors on the listing page. I'm sure it's because it's newly and hastily listed - another example, picture shows only white model (whether you select gold or black), even though white isn't even available. Also, display portion talks about sound. I wouldn't worry about it not support all three Sprint LTE bands - I'm sure it does.
  5. Just pre-ordered a Galaxy S6 Edge+ 64GB Black for Sprint. I'm a sucker. They opened their pre-order process a bit early, so I had to! Will let you all know what I think of it once it arrives.
  6. I was a global jet setter until we had kids. Now I like to play pretend. lol
  7. Any more updates on the Sprint-variant HTC One M9 and network performance? Curious to hear what folks are experiencing now. Any improvements?
  8. You're making a very fair point. Take the $15 - $20 bil that would otherwise be spent on this spectrum alone, and densify the crap out of the existing network. T-mobile is really the only carrier that needs additional low-band spectrum - they've got some 700 MHz, but not nationwide. Sprint could better deploy its resources elsewhere.
  9. Have you noticed any difference in performance post-update?
  10. And that's my point. It is inevitable that someone is going to come along and sell a better value than Verizon. We know this - there is nothing other than really time that stands between a technological/coverage match between Verizon's network and other players. We know their prices are, on average, higher than other carriers - at least the smaller two national carriers (Sprint and T-Mobile). There's a race to the bottom in terms of wireless pricing at this moment in time, and Verizon (for many reasons, including corporate culture and debt load among many others) is not well-positioned to capitalize on this trend. These and many other factors will drive an increase in Verizon churn over the next several years. Expect to see a 50+ bp add on their churn numbers.
  11. I still can't get over how Verizon is keeping their churn so damn low. Kudos to them for this, but it's not going to last. Simple economics tells us this. At least, it won't last without some price cuts.
  12. So I will put this out there. Definitely not trashing Sprint here, so please don't misconstrue my comments as such. I have been testing the One M9 on T-Mobile and Sprint in the Richmond, VA and Hampton Roads, VA markets for the past several months now (two separate devices). This phone performs much better on T-Mobile than it does on Sprint. I can only conclude that band priorities are set incorrectly (meaning, not optimized for the real world) on the Sprint One M9. What is a completely horrible experience with the One M9 on Sprint that originally led me to believe HTC had engineered a lemon is a 100% different story on T-Mobile. Same market, exact same test locations. Devices such as the iPhone work great on Sprint in the same locations. One can only conclude that there is something amiss with the band priorities on this phone, specifically, as it relates to Sprint. Yeah, it's Sprint's fault. Will they fix it? I don't know. Is it an issue in other markets? Again, I don't know...just sharing my anecdotal input.
  13. Where are we at on this? Do we think (know?) Sprint is getting this one? Trying to decide whether to wait for it to appear, or just go ahead and get the current Tab S. Thoughts?
  14. Well then slap away. It's high time they got knocked down a level or two. Anecdotal evidence of T-Mobile falling apart....those who know me know I test phones, carriers, etc. constantly....mostly for fun, but for a little business on the side as well. Sprint is our "home" carrier, however, where we house most of our lines (5) on a permanent basis. The rest are my play lines. Went into a T-Mobile store today to start service to retest an area here...they ran a credit report and then apparently lost it (???? this is what I was told - I kid you not) and then I was told that the only way I could open an account today is to go with the No Credit Check plan and make a security deposit. Or, I could wait 60 days and try again. WTF??? In what world is this an acceptable way to treat a customer? At any rate, the T-Mobile party is fast coming to an end. It'll grind fully to a halt by the end of this year. Trust me. Just trust me.
  15. Why did they remove the Spark icon?
  16. This is absolutely fantastic (even though my iPhone can't take advantage)! Go Sprint!
  17. ^^This. I actually had an Evo 4G and Clearwire unlimited wireless Internet at home and both were stellar. Those were the "good old days" and I remember them fondly. Speaking of the Evo 4G, why doesn't anyone put HDMI-out on phones anymore? Oh, wait....back up....why doesn't HTC build good phones anymore? <tears and sadness> Carry on with the topic! lol
  18. YES! That (XL version) and the Surface 3 LTE, both on Sprint, would absolutely make my day.
  19. Don't give it out. This info is for the end buyer ONLY. I have sold literally hundreds of devices and this has always been my policy, even from the very start. Helps that I now have a good eBay rating. When I first got started, I stayed firm in this and probably lost some sale - but whatever. First poster is right - just meet at a Sprint store if able (if local). If not, just find another buyer - there are many others out there. EDIT: The screenshot idea is a good one, too....just blot out the numbers, or a portion.
  20. My lines are still working fantastically in RVA. That's all over western/central Henrico and western Chesterfield, as well as Richmond. Don't venture too far into Hanover County too often, but it's working well in the two places I go.
  21. Thank you for bidding! No worries.
  22. Of course I have. Laying off the 7,800 staff members who were devoted to your mobile platform is not exactly a vote of confidence in its future. At the very least, it indicates an unwillingness to fund its future in any meaningful way. Therefore, Windows Phone/Mobile is dead.
  23. Liked, but . Microsoft's announcement yesterday felt like the death of a close friend to me. They've essentially given up on the Windows Phone platform, for all intents and purposes. Reminiscent of webOS.
