Haven't had issues with power button...yet. Like others have mentioned my volume keys quit working and now my GPS quit working too. I believe I'm going take a loss and get the HTC U11 next.

So how is this phone over all now that's it been out for a little bit? I am looking to upgrade from my LG G5 and was considering the U11 or LG G6.

I thought they were done already. Regardless all that was happening is your calls are being processed at the switch in Edinburgh rather than the switch in Charleston. Shouldn't effect the LTE radio. Perhaps they are doing radio work as well. Do you know of anyone else who has Sprint in that area? Have you tried going in the store or speak with a local rep to see what is actually going on?

You'd think their prices would be better in corporate office market. 100.00 a month here you can get like 100 down and 10 up.

Service has been improving in Beckley as of late. Less frequency jumps - but it no longer lists the frequency at all.

You can download the app drawer from the LG Store. Looks and works great! Google Now launcher icons were too big for my taste. Made it seem like a toy or something like that.

I've had trouble with the volume down button being intermittent. Was going to have the device replaced but the small lens on the camera has a tiny crack in it and Sprint wouldn't replace it says I would have to make an insurance claim. I'll have to deal with it it until I can get an extra 250.00

Has anyone else seen LTE 800 around southern WV? I've noticed it a few times when randomly checking my Signal Check. I thought I had captured a screen shot but apparently not. ( I just got a new LG G5 and I am getting used to it still).
