How long did it take once you sent your phone in to see a status change on the LG website..it is saying received the 19 and that is it..not being processed our any of the next steps...

Yes software..I knew there isn't an update but it's weird that nothing happens when pressing the update button..

Was going through my updates and noticed the lg system update says last checked August 18..tried checking and nothing changed..I thought if you did the check now the date and time would change?

The screen doesn't respond to touch toward the top of the screen on the right side..the general area is around where the update/install button would be in the app store...also she can't pull down the notification bar at the top..she is having to turn the phone sideways to do these things..

Yeah it didn't work..so you send it to LG and that takes a couple weeks?? Does it cost anything?? I think we have a couple phones she could switch to around the house if need be..we don't have the insurance on the phones..never have had it before..

She just finished loading her pictures to snapfish..that's all she had really..

Was having problems with the sensor and called LG...the person I talked with first asked if I had done this..I said no..he said that they have noticed recently that this will sometimes fix the glitch as he called it with the sensor in the top quarter of the screen..

If I do a factory reset on my wife's phone, does anything need to be done afterwards? I've never done this before..Will it still be connected with Sprint with the same number or will I have to log into Sprint and reassign that phone to her number??

Ok, I need suggestions.. My wife has a spot on her LG g2 that doesn't respond to touch.. The spot is around the same spot where you would click open or update for an app on the Google play store.. Very aggravating on her behalf.. What are my options for her?

If your battery gets down to 5%, it won't let you use your camera.. Just an FYI for those who don't know.. Just found this out.. Even tried to plug it in and use it but still couldn't..

Mine gets hung up on 3g since the update as well.. Have to toggle it to get it back even when lte has a strong signal..

This thing... I'm in livonia and looking at my map and it's saying I'm in Shreveport... Useless.. Might try to mess with the sensors later to fix the signal but this sucks.. Sent from my LG-LS980 using Tapatalk

Last night I noticed my phone while using it do the update then Prl check... Don't notice anything different.. I do know anytime I do a profile check our Prl check it will always move it from cmda back to global.. While I'm at home I always leave it on CDMA because I'm right on the fringe and LTE doesn't work where I am.. Sent from my LG-LS980 using Tapatalk

Wow, never mind.. I just figured it out.. That was easier than I made it out to be.. So on the top row of options you enable the q slide push button, then press it and it removes the q slide bar.. Then just remove it from the top row options and it's done... Sent from my LG-LS980 using Tapatalk
