  1. Helpful tip: these maps have multiple layers. To just see LTE 1900, select a phone like the Motorola Photon Q 4g LTE, or the Motorola Admiral for just 3G. That stated, these layers should vary more than they do.
  2. No offense intended here, must have misunderstood you.
  3. When you zoom in closer, it provides more estimates of service quality. Fair typically means hard to get.
  4. Only Sprint can answer for certain, but my observations are b26 is and extension of LTE, b41 is Spark
  5. I wonder what the Spark population count will now be? at least 150 Million, maybe 175.
  6. Just noticed my area has changed to showing fair, yet we get 50Mbps+ plus turbo is gone from map in this area as well. Seems like they wiped out some of the Clear B41 coverage.
  7. How about when you zoom in about 3/4 to maximum zoom?
  8. http://coverage.spri...TNAV=SJS:HE:Cov Appears to include all Spark areas that were mentioned by Saw: Atlanta, Boston, Las Vegas, Nashville, Portland, San Francisco, San Jose, and Washington, D.C. Plus those covered by the press: http://www.bizjournals.com/kansascity/news/2015/02/18/sprint-lte-sprint-spark-network-expansion.html?page=all "The new Sprint Spark markets include: Anderson, Ind. Appleton, Wis. Ashtabula, Ohio Camden, N.J. Champaign-Urbana, Ill. Cleveland, Tenn. Fort Collins-Loveland, Colo. Grants Pass, Ore. Greeley, Colo. Manchester-Nashua, N.H. Monroe, Mich. Muncie, Ind. New Haven-Milford, Conn. Norfolk-Virginia Beach-Newport News, Va. Peabody-Lawrence-Methuen, Mass. Peoria, Ill. Providence, R.I. Raleigh-Cary, N.C. Sandusky, Ohio Shelby, N.C. Spokane, Wash. Springfield, Mass. Springfield, Ill. Zanesville, Ohio" And even more b41 sites. "The new 4G LTE markets include: Batavia, N.Y. Columbia, Mo. Coos Bay, Ore. Flagstaff, Ariz. Jasper, Ind. Lima, Ohio Maui, Hawaii Norwalk, Ohio Orange County, N.Y. Oxnard-Thousand Oaks-Ventura, Calif. Port Townsend, Wash. Poughkeepsie, N.Y. Pueblo, Colo. Salisbury, Md. Santa Barbara-Santa Maria-Goleta, Calif. Springfield, Ill. Statesboro, Ga. Talladega-Sylacauga, Ala. Terre Haute, Ind. The Big Island, Hawaii Vail, Colo. Warrensburg, Mo. Washington, D.C.-Arlington-Alexandria, Va. Wheeling, W.Va." This appears to be one of the more accurate maps, at least for my market. Now includes everything except sites brought up during the last month, which is reasonable. It is missing sites from other markets that have Spark sites, but have not been launched. Overall, a vast improvement over prior maps. Impressive Band 41 coverage. Sprint:
  9. They got a good deal or needed more capital. Some of their notes have double this rate.
  10. http://newsroom.sprint.com/news-releases/sprint-announces-pricing-of-15-billion-senior-notes-offering.htm?view_id=10517
  11. The issue I have is the added additional buffer zone that Sprint seems to have attached to the IBEZ that reaches into Columbus Ohio. This type of limitation does not affect places like Lutsen, MN.
  12. The numbers on the maps can be skewed by disabling band 26 for root tests and disabling band 41 for sensorly tests since neither breaks them out by band for any carrier. The quarterly scores depend on root metrics phone selections.
  13. Any special offers for retention? Trying move them to best rate plan. Prodding customers, especially 3G, to move to triband phones. Network improvements. Using "next best action" software. Conference call concluded.
  14. Churn in Chicago: Churn decreases nicely where network improves 1.9 with 2.5 question. (Bye) . Path will not be changed, will be complimented. added 800 to mix. No specific timeframe, working with device vendors. Not a year off, more in the long term.
  15. 500 stores less than T-Mobile, 3000 less than Verizon.
  16. Why not increase cap ex to max to fully use spectrum? will fully utilize 2.5, first quarter is cap ex lite
  17. Yes, CA will include 1.9 +2.5 (from CEO).
  18. from Q&A: how will they get message out about improved network. May start to put it in advertising (at local levels). waiting for next root metrics results
  19. They have retired some clearwire debt
  20. executive team will occasionally work in retail stores and call centers.
  21. FDD is fixed, that is evenly divided. Except when doing video conferencing and the like, it is underutilized on the uplink side. TDD is downlink oriented.
  22. Placing higher focus on customer retention
