Way to many people are assuming in here. More of a case of damned if you do, damned if you don't. God help us if every one thinks they are going to be streaming everything at 4k. I'm just happy being on my family share 20gb plan where I do have hotspot and tethering for my 2 devices which is only costing me $107 a month less my discount.

Again already? He must be turning Japanese. I think he's turning Japanese. I really think so.

Any new devices will be around the fall, windows phone and blackberry, windows phone looking at the Lumia 940, and if we are lucky, maybe see the BlackBerry slider which has the edge to edge screen like the S6 edge with a Qualcomm 808

So would I, looking at fall time frame for the 940, also for the BB Slider too, hope that comes on Sprint.

I guess you aren't aware or realize that Carrier Aggregation is optimizing the network.
This has also been one of my misunderstandings. I'm not sure why CA on band 41 would help Sprint. 80+ Mb/s speeds look nice for marketing purposes, but hardly make any difference compared to a reliable 5 Mb/s connection. I guess aggregating fringe b41 signal may have some use, but isn't band 41 pretty hard to congest (especially here in Chicago with 3 other carriers already active).
Why would Sprint not put more efforts on optimization of its three bands rather than carrier aggregation on band 41?

Streaming Spotify on your Sprint device doesn't count against your data. Maybe because of the Spotify deal has with Sprint.

Arysyn, it is basically the same way your wifi at home is used. You are on the same channel for up and download.

Here I am on my band 25 device doing a pickup in Alexandria,VA and just getting this on my phone. It isn't about having the fastest speed. It is about having consistent service and reliability.

Tethering and Hotspot are included in the family share plans up to your plans limits.

The major cause of Meth Lab fires is RF signals so lets supply them with as much RF radiation as possible, then the Meth problem is solved.

Because of beauracracy of urban over rural.

Wow, those are some pretty low speeds!
In many areas, their speeds are much greater than they claim, but your experience with Verizon definitely is a reversal from that. You do know he was talking about Verizon's 3G CDMA speeds and not there LTE speeds right?
-
Don't want to be a spoil sport especially on the 700 MHz but I will be. Primary users for the 700 MHz band at first was for public safety, until Verizon and AT&T started throwing there weight around and saying let's share in which the FCC said ok but under certain conditions. For example, here are some users in the 700 MHz space with frequencies they are licensed for
These are just some examples. People have to think about the other users in the space of frequencies. It is not just CellPhones.
-
So what if Sprint didn't participate in the 600mhz auction, not the end of the world. Nothing magical about the band. Not like you going to have the transmission capabilities of a TV station doing kilowatts to transmit the signal. Than there is the possibility of might be a wash since that frequency range is more prone to sporadic-e layer than 800 or 700.

Plus it would require the necessary licenses for using such products which wasn't spoke of and it would require FCC certification which isn't cheap either. Do you really think something like this doesn't already exist, Rhodes and Schwartz

I just added the it to my account on both phones if me and my significant half decide to go globe hopping. Yes I added it to my 20gb share plan.

Can always just get on the site from the browser.

Since I'm using a Blackberry, I'm not worrying about tapatalk, though I could load it up. I'm on 10.3.1 that I loaded up. As for the sight, I like it. By the way, this looks good on the Spartan browser too.

I am now, wasn't like that earlier.

What I meant it is for TDD deployment, not FDD.
-
Funny thing is, 2.5 ghz is labeled TDD worldwide, so that is going to work.

Darn, people fail to forget what all that beautiful full video that people were streaming to there iPads during march madness when the iPad LTE came out and how fast they went thru there data. In a couple of hours, they consumed 5gb and yes you could call them bandwidth hogs. That's what it sounds like what some of you want to do but on a unlimited factor. Like I said earlier, dammed if you do, damned if you don't. Can't have it both ways. Not like your streaming to a 55 inch 4k tv or are you?
