  1. Has anyone gotten the error "Failure to load certificate" when trying to setup a Pop3 email account on the stock app?
  2. I just went from 25016 to 25017. I am curious to see what the changes are for this PRL.

    HTC EVO 4G LTE

Got it fixed! http://s4gru.com/index.php?/topic/4067-evo-4g-lte-not-receiving-texts-or-calls/ "Called Sprint tonight, they had me dial that ##72786# but it did not prompt for the code. Did the reset and now works great again! Case closed. Thanks for the help guys!!"

    HTC EVO 4G LTE

I don't have Google Voice on my phone, but I am having the exact opposite effect. I can text out and dial out, but nothing for incoming (even while at my house where I have an Airrave).

    HTC EVO 4G LTE

Has any one had issues with their EVO 4G LTE (stock) during NV upgrades? I am trying to figure out if my phone is taking a crap or it is just not liking the upgrades that are going on at this time. Currently in Omaha, NE we are getting 3G acceptances almost daily. My phone will no longer receive calls and texts are delayed anywhere from 7 to 29 hours. I went to a basketball game in an area that has recently received the 3G upgrades and when my phone would connect to 1X800 voice I would get my texts, and it was hit and miss on the calls. But my phone can only be connected to 1X800 voice for this to work. I tried to work in Digi's PRL to get it to 55016 from 25016, but to no avail. Thoughts? Thanks!
  6. Not to deviate from where this discussion is going, but anyone that did get this thing notice that it has terrible Wi-Fi reception? I can have my EVO 4G LTE next to the Tab and my EVO will stream Netflix over Wi-Fi no problem, but the Tab will start to buffer about 10 minutes into a show.
  7. I prefer the Geek Squad plan at BB too versus the one at Sprint. I got my EVO 4G LTE from there and I will most likely get my next phone from them too.
  8. I agree I picked up yesterday for free as well. Perfect size to watch netflix on too.
  9. Can someone explain Tablet Tuesday to me? My wife "needs" one and I was curious about this. I was planning on going in to the Sprint store today to go look at one. Do I have to ask for this promotion or something?

    HTC EVO 4G LTE

Just saw today that there is small update out there for the EVO 4G LTE. http://www.androidcentral.com/htc-evo-4g-lte-also-getting-minor-update-today
  11. Quick question. I was looking into getting a ONE and was told to wait to get a phone that will be able to receive the 800mhz and 2.5 GHZ bands of LTE that will be rolling out in the future. Then I saw this link http://www.androidcentral.com/att-htc-one-receiving-update-enable-new-frequency-bands and wondered if it is just an AT&T thing to be able to update the radios like that or is that something that Sprint can do too? The only reason I ask is that I HATE my EVO 4G LTE....
  12. That is what I thought. I'm just trying to decide if I should get one of those or wait a few months to get a phone that can pick up all three LTE frequencies. Just not sure what I want to do.
  13. Let me know how that goes. Because my EVO LTE sucks at picking up LTE coverage compared to my Wife's iPhone. What phone on the market has the best antennaes (1X, 3G, & LTE) anyway?
  14. Here is the dumb question of the day!!! When I use sensorly to map my areas in Omaha for 4G will sensorly find the 4G signal as I map my trip or will i need to toggle airplane mode first to find the 4G signal?
  15. I was just out there. I did not use the LTE discovery app, but I toggled airplane mode and turned the data on/off a few times. There still was nothing except for crazy slow 3G speeds.
  16. Is there any way to tell if its live, other than taking the drive out to the tower to check?
  17. So does the site stay live and broadcast the signal or does it get shut back down until more towers are broadcasting LTE?
  18. I did, I drove to Valley thinking of all the LTE joy and I got there and nothing (I even tripled checked my phone to make sure data was set to CDMA/LTE). I then ran a speed test and got the awesome speeds of..... .14 MBPS down and .24 MBPS up. I assumed that atleast the 3G speeds would have increased.
  19. Sprint agrees with you. http://community.sprint.com/baw/message/582109#582109
  20. I don't know how Robert will feel about it if I spill the beans. If he gives his blessing I'll drop the Sprint Response into the thread.
  21. I found the tower and Sprint confirmed that it has been turned on. On my out there later to see what is going on. Hopefully I'll have screenshots later!
