I really wish this phone was world capable. I am trying to convert my company to Sprint and to this phone but unfortunately we have about 20-30% of users that need world support I don't want to have to admit the iPhone is better (for this case). That would just be hard to stomach.

There are always custom ROMS. Pick the hardware you like and then look over on XDA for who makes the best alternative options. -

You have much higher faith in our courts than I do at this point. Although I am not sure if the problem is with the courts or the Patent office or both. I look at some of these patents that have been granted and amazed at how vague some tend to be.

Will this phone support HD Voice when all of the NV upgrades are complete? The HTC EVO 4G LTE specifically states it does but this does not. I figure that could be just because it is a carrier specific item. Is there anyway to tell just by looking out the radio bands/specs?

I did have many GPS problems on the Samsung Captivate (Galaxy S Variant) but with the Samsung Note the GPS radios appear much better and I get the GPS locks faster.

I really hope the Note 2 comes to Sprint. I am looking at moving our entire Company from AT&T to Sprint as it will save us some money and I really like the whole NV plan Sprint has laid out. We have not made our final decision yet but I would have a very hard time giving up my Note. I guess if I had to I could go down to the 4.7/4.8 sizes but going below that would just be impossible at this point. The size of the Note really spoils you.
