It's on the Doubletree Hotel roof, just south of Southcenter Mall. I found that site a few weeks ago. It's shown on the B26 update map. Thanks for the report.
The tower that serves my old store... it’s all grown up now

Recently assisted a customer with doing a domestic unlock for her iPhone 6, and it was a quick process. No resetting was necessary. I saw her Sprint iPhone pick up T-Mobile LTE after we got off the phone with Sprint International.Anyone get their iPhone unlocked recently for International use? I really don't want to wipe and restore my iPhone through iTunes if I don't have to.

I have 3 batteries. Do I need to do this with all three batteries?
Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk
Just once with any battery you have. Preferably a Samsung branded battery

If you're experiencing random rebooting or powering down, try this:
With battery at 100% type *#0BAT# (that's a zero) in the dial pad.
Unplug phone and then click on "quick test" and the screen will shut off and come back on
If battery shows 100% after the test then you're good to go.
This re calibrates the battery which the new updates messed up. 90 percent of power cycling Note 4's I've seen come into my work has been fixed this way and it doesn't require a hard reset to complete!
Hope this helps

As long as you're paying for TEP ($11/Mo. Insurance) you're good to go for a replacement regardless of warranty status. Bear in mind the first 2 repairs/replacements in a calendar year are free. Any subsequent repair/replacements would be 25 dollars plus tax.I haven't done a factory reset yet, but it seems like it has been rebooting less often than it had. I think it only did it once yesterday.
Will Sprint order a replacement even if it's past the warranty? Mine has long since run out. I bought it on launch day.

If you aren't paying for TEP, in-warranty and out of warranty replacements are 75 dollars plus tax. Hope that helps

It just charges via the cable. I tried this at work already lolAnyone knows what happens if you accidentally place a plugged in phone onto a wireless charging pad?

Post update results seem good. Placed a couple of Wi-Fi calls, and have been browsing reddit and listening to music without issue. For the first time ever, the screen has taken the top spot as far as what's consuming battery. I'm pretty sure that's how it's supposed to be. A noticeable improvement in battery stamina and the device hasn't gotten very warm at all.

Software update available for the GS7. Go and grab it while it's hot!

Perhaps the lack of HD calling on the S7 is related to having Wi-Fi calling enabled. If I understand correctly, the iPhones are having a similar problem when those users have it enabled as well.
What's interesting is that both the GS7s and the iPhones can't currently transmit or receive sms over Wi-Fi. I wonder if that has some correlation.

Not happening in the near future in West Washington, unfortunatelyAre you able to see anything regarding band 26 / 800 MHz deployment?

Happens on a lot of phones, actually. If you open the camera app and shake the phone it should rattle less if not at all. I'm guessing it has to do with the auto focus since a lot of phones without OIS rattle as well.Ugh! My 5x has a rattling noise if you shake it and it's not the power or volume buttons (coming from the camera area) which is really noticeable...
Ugh... gotta contact google support to see if I can get a replacement I suppose.
Edit: never mind I saw that the rattle was figured out in another post. Carry on!

They give rough estimates on when certain upgrades will be complete per tower. This is assuming that Sprint has immediate plans for any given tower. It will usually say "3 months" or "TBD" if it will be a little further out.Are you able to check scheduled updates?

CA is in more places than you guys might think here in West Washington.
I work for Sprint and now can finally look at all Sprint towers/upgrades/tower performance on my mobile instead of having to be at work using the intranet site. This definitely satisfies my desire to constantly check areas I frequent, and will be a tool I'll use to be a better contributor to this community.
For obvious reasons, I can't post any screenshots here, but rest assured I am seeing lots of CA sites on the map.
Also, after taking a near 1.5 year hiatus on Sprint service, it is such a relief to be back. Verizon just wasn't for me. Too expensive and the network, although good, wasn't worth the exuberant amounts of money per month. Sprint has made so much progress in such short time, and I am very happy with the overall network performance lately...plus my employee wireless discount is obviously a better choice financially. It's good to be home again!

Yep, randomly stops (video) but audio is fine. Don't know if it's a glitch or something with the app on S5's.
It happens on my Note 3 as well. I don't know if it's all devices or just Samsung in particular. It never happened on my M8.

Does anyone else notice that the LTE signal strength is better when holding the M8 in the right hand, or am I late to the party?

Absolutely, on both. the problem seems to clear up and re-appear randomly. im waiting on the network group to call me back at this point.
Do you have some sort of blocking mode or do not disturb turned on?

Even if you aren't directly reaping the benefits of B41 by having a Tri-Band device, you'll be happy that all those people who do own one are now freeing up B25 spectrum.
I fully expect B25 to hover at around 10-15 Mb/s average throughput when NV is 100% complete

Has anyone noticed a with a case, defender aegis or dualpro, have a slight signal drop not much just a tad. I just got a Verizon shell case/holster and seem to be getting more lte st mg house now.
Sent from my HTC One M8
I have noticed that when I hold my M8 on my right hand the LTE is a lot stronger than when I hold it with my left. Haven't really noticed signal attenuation with a Defender as I had only used one briefly.

I was in downtown Seattle today when signalcheck pro alerted me that I had connected to 800MHz 1xRTT! I pulled my phone out and it wasn't connected to anything at the moment. This happened 3 times while I was out and about. I wanted to take a screen shot but it lost connection too quickly :/

I'm not too sure about the legitimacy of these 800MHz "upgrades", however this information is coming from a system we use to view all towers and NV progress on each called Glance. It is most definitely accurate, however I'm not sure if there is a system error showing some sites with active 800MHz 1xRTT or if they actually have the upgrades done.
Either way there is a progress graph indicating more towers in the future are slated to get those upgrades so that leads me to believe they aren't errors. Definitely interesting.
I PMed Robert with a screenshot of a tower that shows an upgrade done so I'm waiting to hear back from him to see what he thinks.

I don't live far from Everett. What is the best app to use to find out what kind of tower I'm connected too?
Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk
Most people here use Signalcheck Pro. It's worth every penny. I believe it's just a couple bucks. Gives you signal strength in dBm and let's you know when you connect to LTE as well.

Unfortunately the information provided is confidential for work related reasons and for the sake of those paying for premier sponsorship accounts. I can say that so far I haven't connected to any myself and that I'll be travelling to one of these sites to try and connect to it

Seeing a lot of 800MHz 1XRTT popping up in West Washington using Sprints internal system. Some even as far north as Everett. I thought they couldn't build 800MHz that far north? System is showing 12 towers so far with these upgrades.
