  1. Good thing I went back to my Nexus 6P then. Saw this on imgur and laughed pretty hard!
  2. Of course I bought from MobileFun, BestBuy and mostly Amazon (Spigen Cases) and dbrand. I might keep the Samsung Wireless Charger and keep it as a stand for my phone at my desk. Guess I reach out and see when I get back to my state.
  3. Now what to do with all the accessories I bought for this thing? More trash and what the heck is Samsung doing with all these phones? They going to scrape them or are they just going in a landfill?
  4. Sprint pulled theirs too. I was told even if you bought the phone from BestBuy you can exchange it at the store.
  5. Another report about someone getting burned. http://www.usatoday.com/story/tech/news/2016/10/08/replacement-samsung-galaxy-note-7-burns-minn-teen/91807068/?hootPostID=0dc0005790b10036ab394d2f08974950
  6. Samsung Statement: http://news.samsung.com/us/2016/10/07/samsung-official-statement-on-replacement-note7-devices/ This series is dead! They are better off canceling it and start something new next year.
  7. Looks like Sprint might is letting us return them again for another phone. http://www.androidcentral.com/sprint-offer-exchange-program-note-7-buyers-concerns-over-safety-issues
  8. Maybe they got smart and did a verification check.
  9. Did you click on "Other Galaxy Phone" when it asked you which phone you have?
  10. I haven't. Mine looks to be shipping any moment now.
  11. Why not try http://Sprint.com/activate
  12. I didn't get a receipt for my new phone. They just handed me the new phone and activated it within 20 minutes. I submitted one and I'll see if they accept it, if not, that's fine.
  13. DId you go with the S7 or S7 Edge then back?
  14. Ah! I asked, but the guy told me it was if you switched to the S7 or S7 Edge and returned to a Note 7, but that's wrong after he check himself again on the bestbuy note7 information page. I just hope it won't be a hassle down the line if I don't end up getting it because he screwed something up or forgot to do something. So far its a phone, a none explosive phone, but its a good phone for me. I do wish there was less bloatware though, but it can all be uninstalled and or disabled. I do wish Samsung would have released the phone with 7.0 and added more RAM for kicks (but its not laggy for me with what it has now) I do enjoy unlocking my phone with my eye's and making notes with the s-pen for thing I might need to remember down the line. Nice having the water resistant for when its raining or when its snowing.
  15. Just did mine this morning and was a pretty easy transfer other then having to reinstall everything again. I'm using the Official Samsung screen protector. It fits really nice and is made for the curves. It also fits well with my Spigen Case. Did they tell you anything about the $25 credit?
  16. Southwest is now making us make some sort announcement about turning the Note 7 off and not to be checked in a checked bag.
  17. Really? I wouldn't have know that till now. Thanks for the information. Yes I'm being sarcastic. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  18. I know some items do get cancelled after being recalled if it's pretty bad, but my point was that just because this device has a huge problem with the battery doesn't mean it should be cancelled, unless the problem cannot be fixed and or other reasons. Sent from my SM-T800 using Tapatalk
  19. I say no. I still want the Note 7 regardless if it's being recalled. I enjoy using the phone. Stuff get recalled all the time, just like cars with the recent airbags. Should we cancel cars all together then too? Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  20. From what I read, the box will have a blue circle with an S next to ESN info and looks like we'll also have a website or app which you can enter your ESN to check if it's the original or the updated version. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
