Not sure - we exchanged a few really geeky emails and then he invited me in to meet for an hour or so.  Great guy and great experience.  

Can you say who it is? If not I understand.

According to Cellmapper, it was only broadcasting B17 there.  So they are likely getting additional bands now.

When I try to open these, they say that I cannot perform this function.  I signed into my Box account and still get the same error.

I would of thought it would be higher than that by now, but I know once more small cells come online, it will help immensely.
