i have another coming tomorrow (completely by chance) so we will see. The one giving me problems I have completely put it outside at this point to see what happens.

unable to follow the forums themselves or any particular topics in any of the restricted forums (sponsors, premier or honored). the option is simply not there to enable at the top right.

saw this as well in a local maine group. not really sure why they are doing this. i dont believe it was some sort of lease agreement or anything with a third party. make sense to anyone else?

Box came in a bit ago. I got it to turn on. I assume it pulled down a software update and it rebooted itself but now it is stuck on "Please wait: booting..." for quite awhile now. Any ideas? No way to force a reboot it seems.

to add to the long to-do list, key notifications can not be enabled. " Someone comments on something I follow" can not be enabled as the option is disabled by the admin and a few others can not be disabled due to the same reasons. thanks.

can you clarify? the reason the boxes are not working in some markets is because sprint is not able to operate the magic box on that channel in that market (due to ownership). if they could simply change the channel instead wouldnt they? looks like they have updated their qualification tool to disqualify addresses with this problem (it was a bug) and have the users send them back. what channel do these boxes broadcast band 41 on and how can i tell if the channel is available to use in my market? I know the university system owns some spectrum close to sprints band 41 and it is being used by a WISP so now I am worried.

how local is that problem and what is missing that other areas seem to have? authentication would seem like a fairly "easy" thing to address no matter how remote the problem is, correct?

can you share what goes on in the background during set up of these that would cause the "network not configured" reason? What is going on at the macro cell site during a magic box boot up and why wouldnt that be available at all LTE sites already? What generates the boxes GCI on the fly?

With some of the places i have seen USCC have towers, i think they are doing well with T1's to the sites. I will concede and take everyones word for it i guess that there was no throttle on LTE to 2mbits. every site i had tried up until this point was 2 mbits. could have sworn i even read it somewhere. -
Was throttled for me up here to 2 mbits and I think other areas from experiences I have read. Either way, nice to see a change.

Did Sprint recently remove the roaming throttle when on us cellular? I'm on band 2 and 12 and seeing close to 30 mbits when it has always been throttled to 2 mbits.

the address has been posted publicly before on reddit. not that big of a secret these days.

still waiting on my tracking email or even a magic box to show up unexpectedly. got the approval email mid-july but no address confirmation call.

looks like you had pretty great service already before the MB..,minus maybe switching to band 26 or 25 in parts of the house.

while i got the call that i was approved awhile back, i did not get the call to confirm my shipping address. Did everyone get that confirmation call that also got the above email?
