What was the rep's name? I know a few of them equate the Spark logo thing to Band 41 off the top, but they really don't know.

In most cases there is only a second or 2 for the info to download and show the info, and with triband devices, as the call tunneling is working to notify the phone of an incoming call, poof, there's the data. Sent from my iPhone 5S using Tapatalk

I will never let my friend get another Toshiba again. Hinges failed in her first and cracks developed on the case of her 2nd one right over the hinges. I'm downloading and installing today despite potential bugs, because I do have a backup machine if something went wrong. And I currently have 2 1/4 hours to go. RF for Band 26 LTE is higher than the iPhone 6/6+ and Band 41 LTE is slightly lower and Band 25 is marginally higher, but you will probably not notice the difference.
