Does anyone have any details about FCC Auction 103?

I know the FCC Auction 103 is coming up to auction off the 37 GHz, 39 GHz and 47 GHz spectrum assets. Does anyone know any details as to how much spectrum will be available for auction in each band?

I see on the FCC website that it has a date of December 10th but I don't know if that date is just the deadline for filing paperwork or is that when the auction starts.
