bobbi
http://newsroom.sprint.com/article_display.cfm?article_id=2201&view_id=3515 Well, I know it's not what most people are waiting for. But considering the line up of feature phones and the scheduled EOL devices, some one is probably looking for its release. On a side note, I see the Samsung Galaxy S II Epic Touch 4G is now 49.99 on Amazon with new contract.
legion125
There's still a market for feature phones which I think will soon replace the standard dumb phone as the ultimate low end device.

Oh, I agree. There just doesn't seem to be much of a selection.
themuffinman
Oh, I agree. There just doesn't seem to be much of a selection. Thats for damn sure!!! My mom had a simple flip phone for years and thats all she ever needed. A few months ago her phone finally died, so she went to the att store and all they had at the time were feature phones. She ended up getting some kind of pantech device which had a slide out keyboard and was also touchscreen. My mother is 68 years young and she isn't going to take the time to figure out how to use it. She was so upset because she had absolutely no clue how to answer the phone much less knowing how to do anything else on it which meant that I am her main source of tech support, and if I wasn't already bald I would be by now, LOL. Anyway, there are millions of people that just want to make phone calls, we need more basic phones.
