  1. But I want the celluarinfo :(

But you're making me want to update to beta

What other cellular information do you need lmao. Doesn't the engineering screen provide enough? Battery life is EVERYTHING! [emoji24]

  2. Yep. I'm glad I have 3.1.1

It appears I have 3.0.1 too, so I have options for Tapatalk. Why couldn't they have left it alone?

You know those developers they always think they know everything. They completely broke a almost perfect app. Lol maybe that's the app I'll make, a good Tapatalk replacement.

  3. I used swiftkey. Didn't like the little glitch that happens when you try to put contacts in and the stock keyboard seemed to pick up on my predictions a lot better. I may have to give it another shot to see how it goes now though....

Just the drive into work it did seem like I might have been on 3G a little more than usual but then again I don't really pay too much attention to it anyways. As long as my music doesn't stop streaming I'm okay. [emoji106] battery life does seem to be better just from the first couple hours of use as well.

That glitch you're talking about happens with all 3rd party keyboards, it's something that Apple has to fix. Swype and Flesky do it too; It's annoying. As for predictions SwiftKey is a little iffy. Sometimes it has it sometimes it doesn't but it does learn as you go along I can say.

All of the third party keyboards are even worse than stock imo- but that's only because they're barely given any CPU or memory. Does SwiftKey work well for you?

Yes very well. I wasn't using it up until they did a big update recently. I was using swype and I hated it. The keys are too small on that one. SwiftKey is more close to stock and it has the whole swype gesture that's why I use it. The only complaint I have is lack of themes, only black and white and some ugly Christmas theme and this bug that doesn't allow use of 3rd party keyboards for quick reply from the lock screen other than that I'm good with SwiftKey.

  4. I haven't noticed anything yet either. The one thing that I have noticed that is going to bug the hell out of the me is the prediction on the keyboard doesn't keep up to my typing. I have to stop and wait a second for it to catch what I said and then correct it and then start typing again. I know it's beta so it'll prolly get fixed its just weird to me that it's doing it in the first place.

Lol that's why I don't use the stock keyboard. SwiftKey to the rescue [emoji18][emoji18]

  5. Just wondering, do you actually develop or just pay the $99/year for beta access?

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Lmfao. Have I actually made any software no not YET. I do plan to do so sometime in the future tho. For right now it is just for me to have early beta releases. I don't trust those 5$ UDID sites. I'd rather go straight through Apple for something like this.

I'll probably develop something when I graduate.

  6. If I wasn't planning on jail breaking I would totally take you up on this. Pretty awesome of you

Lol no problem. I mean on the device list it says you can have 99 devices, when am I ever gonna fill those slots? lol. Might as well put them to good use ya know.

  7. @BlameTheAlcohol you've definitely got to invest in a spark device. The single band device era is over. If you want to stay Samsung then get the Note 4. If not get an HTC phone. M9 is launching next month according to what I've been hearing. So is the GS6 so you have tons of options coming up.

  8. That is what I've experienced in Boston too. My phone will latch onto Band 41 at all costs.

My phone does the same thing. In my room I get 1-2 bars of B41 and my phone will randomly just have itself parked on it. It's fully unstable too. Usually get around 5mbps down and 1mbps up.

  9. Hey guys I'm a developer but because I like most of you. If you guys PM your UDID I'll add it to my device list and you guys can just install the beta softwares. I'm on 8.2 and once I get to my computer I'm going to 8.3 and battery life is good. So just lmk

  10. Primary focus will be on optimizations. They will find a way to squeeze something in to appease the masses.

When Snow Leopard was released, people bought it like crazy, and it was the biggest optimization to Mac OS X ever. I loved the extra 5GB of hard drive space I got back from it, and I had a 160GB HDD at the time.

Yup that's apple. At least they fix the errors when they see them. They'll probably make one or two big features that they can market and then the rest will be just bug fixes and optimizations for newer and older phones. I can't wait to get my hands on the Beta lol

  11. I really hope iOS 9 focuses on optimizing the software. Like with lollipop where nexus users saw a jump in battery life and performance.

That's what I've been hearing on Mac Rumors. iOS 9 is going to be the snow Leopard for mobile software. I just wonder how Apple is gonna market a software that's purely for bug fixes. People only upgrade when they see a new features

  12. I haven't had the issue with either of my replacements. I guess I got a good version. I've dropped mine several times (thank you tech 21) and haven't noticed any shifting.

Mine shifted slightly, but I notice it cause I have like ocd and I notice everything lol. It hasn't moved and I doubt it will. If it moves anymore I'll contact apple for a screen replacement. Better be free cause I didn't do anything [emoji24]

  13. I think the camera shifting thing is only a problem that occurs on the Space Grey variants of the iPhone 6. Either that or Its just really not noticeable on the other models. But I'm pretty sure it's only the black ones because my sister has a gold and so does my friend and I inspected them both and they look fine.
