  1. Going to the store was useless, how bizarre. Next step? hell if I know...
  2. Somethings definitely wrong for sure. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
  3. You can, I used odin and downloaded the file for 5.1.1 flashed no problem. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
  4. So they want me to go into a service store so they can look at the phone, this should be interesting. I told them im not spending a dime out of pocket and if it has to go out to service im not going to be without a phone. Time to play hardball. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
  5. Quite possibly. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
  6. Not gonna lie, my phone seems slightly better than before, not losing LTE as often but its still not like it was. Still going onto 3G in places I haven't before. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
  7. I had the same rf on lollipop though when i installed it yesterday. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
  8. Doesn't appear to be marshmallow at this point, maybe there is a hardware problem. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
  9. Yeah I don't know what's going on, guess we just have to deal with it. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
  10. Fresh install had the same dBm for B41 @ 114dBm, installing lollipop now to compare. And I agree it's really upsetting, I love this phone but I am not liking having to deal with these problems. Well this is weird, Lollipop is showing roughly the same dBm, 114. There goes my theory, wtf. Something more serious going on then, maybe it's a tower issue idk.
  11. Doing a format now with a fresh install of marshmallow, going to see if it's any better and if not gonna try lollipop. Gonna compare the differences in the RF as well so I can shove it in their face.
  12. I am not stopping until there is a resolution, be it a replacement phone or whatever.
  13. So I got jerked around again, these people just don't get it. I was told to restore the device to factory settings with a format... Well no crap like I haven't done that already, oh and make sure network mode is set to LTE/CDMA well once again no crap. Poorer signal strength on marshmallow compared to lollipop? not an issue it's nothing to be concerned about lol like who hires these people? Time to kick some dirt again I am going higher this is totally unacceptable.
  14. I'm gonna go back to lollipop tonight while I wait for sprints ceo line to get back to me, I talked to them this morning they have no knowledge of an issue with the Note 5 and marshmallow, the customer service rep lied to me. But they're gonna escalate the ticket and get back to me with a solution and if they can't then maybe a replacement phone or new phone. Will post back with any updates. 15. What I am dealing with at my house right now just lost LTE, I love it... feel like I am back in the beginning stages of NV. Haven't seen 3G in my house in years, I've also been missing a lot of text messages too, don't know if it's related or not but shit is seriously wrong. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
  16. Nothing yet as of now, wonder why the delay. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
  17. Eh finally talking to someone on the Executive CEO line on twitter, maybe they will tell me some truth about the issue if they even have a clue. Will report back with any findings.
  18. Yeah I could never find it, plus this is a replacement phone so I am sol.
  19. I swear this phone is getting worse and worse, when I just pulled up my street I noticed Spotify was no longer streaming, was stuck on 3G and didn't go back to LTE until about 10 minutes later... WTH. I am so tempted to go back to Lollipop just to have a normal phone again, Marshmallow is not worth it.
  20. Yeah same experience for me, I haven't seen 3G in almost 2 years now suddenly that's all I see. And for the first time in 2 years I actually roamed on Verizon at a place where I would normally have 3G, it's terrible. Something is seriously wrong. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
  21. Yeah no improvement unfortunately, I'm with a friend now with a Note 5 on Verizon and he said service got worse for him as well after marshmallow, he's seeing 3G a lot like we all are. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
  22. hopefully this is a good thing and they're working on it or I am just being played. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
  23. I contacted Sprint on twitter about the problem, they said it's a manufacturer problem... Well yeah no crap but it's a device on your network so you have to support it no? waiting to hear back from my snarky comment. I asked them to have their engineers or whatever look into the issue. So maybe they know about it? or they just said that to shut me up?
  24. Every band is bad for me. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk
