My current MB performance is very poor. Will the new one improve this? If yes I would like to swap it out if possible.

It's currently on Band 25 but occasionally I'll see it on Band 41 with an RSRP of -119 and CINR or 3.0 or less.
The Download/Upload speeds are about the same on 41 as on 25 fwiw.

    See Attached.

I don't see anything wrong with this. That's a pretty healthy upload too. (For Sprint in general)

Is your phone experience impacted with these speeds at all?

  2. Great news. I wonder if this will come with a subsequent final bump of B26 power levels to absolutely ensure the voice footprint is as close to 1x as it can get.

It's good to see that NY and Delaware are absent from the soft launch, as they are definitely not ready yet. Sprint must know this, and is hopefully taking measures to get these markets up to snuff before finishing the VoLTE rollout.

  3. Call 866-556-7310, the overseas call center rarely process these right and your order will probably vaporize. This number is Oklahoma City, just make sure you call during daytime business hours to ensure a US-based agent. They know exactly what to do. (If you get routed to India, call back later. Sometimes when volume is high they reroute overseas)

  4. 600kbps = 75 KB/s. So, this is about equivalent to watching video on a decent 3G connection. Back when I had my iPhone 4S on Sprint (3G only), this seemed okay.

If a capped, reliable stream of 75KB/s is attainable, I don't think video should be choppy, however it may force the video provider to use a lower quality stream. Again, my 4S never looked *awful* when streaming over a mediocre 3G connection, so I don't think this would be noticeable by the majority of users.

Where 600kbps will cause issues is with buffering. You'll basically never have a buffered connection if signal drops or degrades below 600kbps.
