I decided to check it out and I did not like it. It seems like HTC took a step backward with this update in terms of bloatware. When I first seen Sense 4 when I first got this phone I was impressed at how little bloat, at least for sense, there was. It felt leaner but now with Sense 4+ it just reminds me of the Evo 3D again with how much garbage they decided to put back on it. Needless to say I won't be using it as my daily ROM. JB will get here when it gets here. Would rather have them take their time and make sure its working properly then have a rushed update to appease the "I NEED THE NEWEST UPDATE NAO" crowd. I'm pretty sure its taking awhile because they're trying to fix the LTE issues a lot of people are having. Just have patience people. This is a good phone and the next update will make it even better(hopefully lol). If you really need a JB fix, root and grab CM10. It's awesome. Sent from my rooted LTEVO running CM10.
