Same here. No update on the status (ordered Saturday morning). Maybe Apple will teleport my new phone to the Sprint store tomorrow?

No update for me at this point. We will see if it is updated tomorrow. Question, since I went to a Sprint store and ordered the phone, will the status not change since it is a direct ship to the store?

Wow, 7GB!!! I have a feeling that I will wait to utilize this until I get my new phone. Many of the apps are not very compatible with iOS8. I have seen a few apps that I have on my phone over the past two or three days say that they are updated to handle this.

From what I have been reading, this probably will be the case with the 6+. It seems that the 6+ preorders were much higher than the 6 so I would not be surprised if the wait is not longer than the current estimated time. It looks like the 6 will have stock in stores.

Makes me wonder if your sales numbers are a pattern. From speaking to the Sprint rep Saturday morning, They had the same experience with more 6+'s ordered than the 6. If that is true, I may not receive the phone I ordered until November.

That's cool. I may hold on to my 5 as a back up just in case the new phone breaks. I just looked up my order from Saturday on Sprint. As expected, no shipping date or status update. I kind of expected it though.

You can get unlimited plans but it does not come in a family plan. I looked at plans over the weekend and I may change it when my wife upgrades her phone in a few weeks though the only advantage over my current plan would be unlimited talk for about the same price. From what I can remember, an unlimited plan (talk/text/data) will cost 80 to 90 dollars for the first line then discount a little for each additional line. If you need a hotspot, 5GB added to the plan would be 110 for the first line.

With the value of the 6+, I would suggest Otterbox. I plan to sell the 6+ in a year when the next release comes. Hopefully the phone will be in the best shape possible and get top dollar for the phone.

I understand Josh. I did not want to use a card since i had saved money to pay for it. If i had known they would not taken cash, I would have left the momey in my checking account and used my debit card.

I may be totally wrong about the ship date. I just hate that I could not pay for the phone the way I wanted to, had to whip out the credit card. Just funny to me that someone would not accept cash for payment.

I just went and ordered an unlocked plus 128 at the Sprint store by my home (paid in full). They could not give me a date at this point since stock said zero. If I had to guess it will be four to six weeks.

I wonder what the next Samsung commercial will be? "Is Apple telling you that it will be six weeks before your new phone will arrive? PLEASE visit our website and purchase a Samsung device. We have plenty in stock ready to ship.... If you do not buy one soon, our executives will send us to a labor camp in North Korea!!!!"

I am planning to visit my local Sprint affiliate store tomorrow morning and order the phone. Since it will most likely take three to four weeks for the delivery, I hope they will unlock it since I will be purchasing the phone.
