I think that the specs are 1900 1xRTT, EVDO, LTE and 800 1xAdvanced for Sprint. All Sprint phones can also roam on VZW 850. If I'm wrong, someone please feel free to correct me

Should Sprint iPhone get same reception as other Sprint phones?

Currently, I have the iPhone 4S for my personal phone and BB 9930 for my work phone (both on Sprint). My iPhone seems to always have better signal than my Blackberry. Heck, my old Bold 9650 was horrible with dropping calls. Seems like these newer Blackberries don't seem to have great call quality/signal. -

I'm a team lead at a technical call center... and a lot of what you said is sad, but very true. The thing that annoys me about this is when I used to be on the phones, I would see ticket after ticket of people NOT trying to resolve the issue, and just get the customer off the call. I was that guy that kept people on the phone for over an hour (if needed) to resolve an issue. So, when someone else just tries to "pass the buck" or "get me off the phone", it's infuriating. I used to get in arguments with one of my old managers because she claimed I was on the phone for too long! -

I think they call back anyone that cancels service. When I cancelled my U-Verse internet, I got a callback from them a month or so later asking why I left and what they could do to get me back. -

I was thinking the exact same thing, mainly because 2600 will have a smaller footprint per site than 1900, and same with 1900 vs 800. The key here will be how all the thresholds are configured so devices aren't hanging onto the higher frequencies for dear life before switching down to a lower frequency. Sprint really has a huge trump card against the other providers for coverage, and they need to play it right.
