    10 times faster than 3G for me would be 4350 kbps. I'm just going to pretend I didn't see what was advertised and wait to see what it's like in the field. Andy

    There should be a small reset button on the back somewhere. You're going to need a paper clip or something that size. Hold that until the lights go out. Then try logging in once it gets done rebooting and reestablishes the connection. Andy
