I had a significant issue with one of my lines and eventually spoke to someone "higher up" in Accounts (for what that's worth). He didn't want to directly answer my questions, but indirectly, I was able to get out of him that NV upgrades were supposed to start Q3 and be significant Q4, and LTE was supposed to be turned on Q1'13. Again, take it with a grain of salt, as anything is subject to change. As my data is as bad as everyone's else here in PHX (less than 0.2 down), it will be a welcome improvement.

I put a support ticket into Sprint a while back for my neighborhood, since we were getting 0.01 down with 5 bars showing. I got a call yesterday telling me they serviced the tower over the weekend. Speedtest last night was 0.09 down. I guess they can document that they increased the speed 9X. Figures--so pathetic. I can't wait for Q4 when the supposed 3G improvements are supposed to be realized.

Be careful with the Nexus antenna. Research reviews-plenty of complaints. My son is on VZW, and got a Nexus. Download speeds were terrible on my home WiFi (8 mbps). He swapped out for a Maxx, and it was night and day (25 mbps). I'm assuming that translates to 3G/4G out in the real world.

Still in it. Speedtest full bars with 0.05 mbps down. And they say we aren't throttled. Pretty pathetic.
