  1. So on my m7 I get lte signal at -110 dB at work. Fine until I use it then I get dropped to 3G which is abysmal. Is the m8 really about 10 db better? And is -100dB enough to keep 3G at bay?
  2. So I have the m7 and always seem to be on the fringe of lte -115dB or no lte. The 3G is horrible mostly but my area seems to be popping with lte every tower has been converted and green in the map in the other forums. I attribute this to the m7s weak antenna. I want the M8 but only if I see a better LTE signal.

  4. I can connect to LTE and maybe a few minutes later it will drop, it only ever had a -110 -120 db signal to begin with and that can achieve 5-10mbps which is more than I need on a phone but when I lose it and 3G kicks in back to .2kbps. If I am getting LTE it shouldn't be legacy equipment right? Also 1900mhz LTE sucks indoors. Without becoming a premier sponsor is there any info or city deployment list of LTE800? My contract is up in april and I might jump ship if it's going to be a long time before better coverage and LTE800
  5. The town next to me is mostly green so I guess that's a thing. Hopefully it won't be to much longer. Is the horrid 3G service any indication that things are being worked on? Also is a green 800/3g/4g pin mean 800LTE as well? Any are there even any 800LTE sites working yet?
  6. I really wish there was a way to determine if my area Petaluma, Ca 94954 is done with network vision and this is as good as it's going to get or if I will see substantial improvements in the (hopefully very) near future. We have some LTE and if and when it connects I get around 5mbps but ANY 3G is nothing above .5kbps. Sprint keeps telling me end of the year work will be done in my area and here it is and still crap. I have an HTC one. I have hopes that LTE800 will fix things but who knows when that will ever happen.
  7. Well here's hoping 800mhz lte starts rolling soon like the end of the year and maybe I'll try out an iPhone 5c with band 26 and it will all be glorious. Just sucks now having unlimitimed data without being able to use it to it's fullest extent or even close to mediocore extent.
  8. My 800 mhz voice on my ONE travels for days. I aM connected to a very far away tower. Would the lte 800 mhz distance be similar? If yes it would solve all my problems with my poor data signals since almost everywhere I go I appear to be on the fringe of lte signal with my ONE
  9. But the iPhone 5c has band 26 800 mhz lte whereas the HTC done does not support that. I just was wondering if I get 800mhz voice does that equate to me being able to recieve 800 mhz lte as well?
  10. Could very well be a stupid question but.....I currently have an HTC one and am thinking about switching to iPhone 5c since the ONE has horrible signal since 4.3 update and before and wife's iPhone perfect most of the time. Now with the ONE I can connect to 1x800 voice quite often but the ONE desnt have lte band 26. IPhone 5c does....does that mean that if I can pick up 1x800 voice now that these tower locations with spit out lte band 26 when it is turned "on" or does more work need to be done to enable lte 800. My current 1900 mhz lte signal sucks unless you are a block or two away from it (at least from the HTC ONE) Really my question is can I expect to see lte 800 from this tower in the very near future or is it a long way off or is there any deployement list of cities? I'm in Petaluma ca 94954 btw.
  11. One strange thing I have noticed in the past few weeks is how many sprint retail stores have opened up lately. Like 4-5. A few years about almost everyone around me closed down now they are popping up like crazy all at once. I wonder if softbanks cash influx has anything to do with this so we have a pshycial place to go to complain about our data speeds.
  12. Looking at the tower maps and reading how these towers really only travel about 1-1.5 miles I aM up sh*t creek. I live right between two towers about a mile in either direction and work about 1 mile away from another lte tower. My biggest complaint is that the 3g still teeders between being 2mbps down and .01 mbps down on daily basis everywhere I go. It is never consistent. And when I drive by a known lte tower my phone (HTC one) sometimes connects sometimes not. Sometimes right away sometimes never. I do have 1x800 all the time for voice now from like 10 miles away. Really hope some of this will get better when things are "complete". I'll settle for 2mbps 3g. That's more than enough for Netflix and Google music streaming. I'm in Petaluma and rohnert park ca btw.
  13. looking at the N sites Complete interactive map for my area, Petaluma, CA and Rohnert Park, Ca is there a way to know if these sites are completed? when i click on the little red and yellow buttons it doesn't say anything about being completed? just wanting to know if my area will improve or if this is it.
  14. it sucks that signalcheck pro tells you which voice site you are connected to but not with LTE
  15. this is basically what my LTE signal looks like when I actually have it https://www.dropbox.com/s/slfj5hgtui3qbzs/Screenshot_2013-08-24-09-32-04.png
  16. damn looking at the network sites complete map makes me sad at how little towers there are in my area, and i am pretty sure some of the non 4G sites are starting to go live or being tested. Also non of them are listed as 1x800 but most of them that I connect to are...according to signal check pro that is.
  17. with the standard sponsor section can you access the tower/site locations and how far along they are with their updates or is that the super premier sponsor section
  18. i made a donation, soon enough i will be able to be an informed complainer.
