I doubt they'll correct it considering how many times I had to call the Account Services (retention department) to get my credit. They say on the commercial (small print) and on the site (small print) that it takes a bill cycle to go through. I agree with you though, the situation is a mess. Why the hell does it take a whole goddamn month for a discount to be applied? SMH.

I finally got my credit from sprint. Kept calling in and being denied then I got a guy who helped. Hopefully by next month the Framily price goes down to 25 like it should be.

Really? That's awesome. I'll try again til I get someone nice enough to do it. I called once and the lady said wait two months for the "discount". Her supervisor said the same. They said the 25 dollars is a discount, not the actual price of the plan and discounts take one to two months to process. good thing I waited to pay my bill. I'll pretty much call everyday til the due date.

That's when my billing cycle is. Prorated one day on the old plan. Everything else is framily.

So I got my first months bill on framily. I have 5 lines (9 on the framily). My Framily rate should be 25 a month, however my bill is showing 55 a month per line. Called sprint, they're saying it takes one to two billing cycles for the rate to show up. This switch has been nothing but headaches.

Anyone know what the transfer of liability process is like? Might have to do that to take advantage of the framily. Also, The rep told me that the 15 dollars a month fee would apply for people who arent under contract currently. Anyone know the reasoning behind this? Doesnt make sense to me.

So sprint won't combine my two accounts. Rather than doing that like I wanted the rep gave me two framily accounts. They won't combine unless a transfer of liablilty happens. This sucks.

I was on the 1500 shared plan. The one where you're charged 10 dollars premium data. Don't know if I was trottled. I feel like a 2nd class citizen now.

Just switched over the phone. Combined two family plans into one Framily. Rep told me I would still get two bills though. Only thing that I'm concerned about is the small print. "Other plans may receive prioritized bandwidth availability. Streaming video speeds may be limited to 1 Mbps."

I enabled band 41 and drove next to a band 41 tower and couldn't get it connect

I also came from an HTC ONE, The only thing I missed initially was the boomsound. However, I didnt like the thick bezels so I'm perfectly happy with my nexus.
