  1. I think that's correct. You should look @their rates: $50/month for 1 line of unlimited talk + text + LTE $120/month for 4 lines of unlimited talk + text + LTE Pretty good for a small carrier. Much cheaper than USCC.
  2. Definitely. I know Sprint has plenty of spectrum in most places and I want Sprint and Softbank to save money when possible, but it would be a big miss not to get 10x10 600MHz to use as their VoLTE band. I know that is not enough for great speeds or data capacity, but that'd be good for voice. If you think about it, it'd be pretty cool to have that- 2.5GHz: Speed and Capacity 1.9GHz: General LTE 800MHz: Extra coverage 600MHz: VoLTE Just my humble opinion. I am also totally cool with Sprint/Softbank sitting this one out.
  3. Only exception is the LTE in east IA, which is actually on iWireless (Semi-native roaming).
  4. That's kinda how I feel. Here in Iowa, Verizon and AT&T are the only decent major carriers. Sprint sucks outside of major cities and has some problems even inside the cities, and T-Mobile doesn't even have service here*. However, because of current and past rules and actions, USCC is very strong everywhere in Iowa. Additionally, (here comes the explanation for the asterisk) iWireless is also a small, but strong carrier here. They are only in Iowa, but they are a roaming partner w/T-Mobile, so T-Mobile kinda has service (It's just native roaming). Now, it's not to say that all carriers should keep what they have and continue to survive, I do wish that some spectrum (especially PCS) had been divided more smoothly (More carriers having continuous blocks instead of mixed and matched blocks), but I understand that the history of several blocks of spectrum like PCS and 700MHz are complicated, and it isn't always possible to have everything neat and orderly (maybe that's just my OCD kicking in [emoji6]).

  6. Yeah, probably not. A 10x10 or 15x15 B25 carrier is not as good as B41, but is a good alternative when B41 isn't available.
  7. Sorry, my bad. [emoji15] I know I heard of a few select 2xB25 tests, but I don't know why I thought it was even being deployed. Either way, a second carrier (even not aggregated) relieves things immensely in a non-B41 market.
  8. It's good to see 10Mhz B25 in CR, but I wonder if it really is CA or just semi-adjacent bandwidths because as far as I know, CR & IC barely have 5Mhz to give, let along 10.
  9. No kidding. That's a lot of data saved, but imagine how much data was still used. I think it's kinda cool for T customers to have the binge-on & Music features, even though I think they might violate net neutrality (That's another argument entirely), but yet it encourages their customers to strain the T network. I think Sprint is doing it right, by no throttling or exempting anything for anyone, and allowing us unlimited users to be the only ones really straining the network (Or trying to use it, like where I live which has slow and weak LTE & 3G ).
  10. That's wonderful news for QC, but the quagmire of PCS and its jagged history is still strangling IC and CR
  11. Speaking of multiple carriers- I heard rumor that Des Moines is turning on 3xCA. Sounds great, yet us in eastern IA are stuck w/o B41 and contiguous B25 carriers. Such is life, oh well . *Shrugs*
